Holiday Inn Express LAKE BUENA VISTA

Hotel was a great place. It was very clean! Great HOT breakfast. The breakfast had eggs(scrambeled/cheese omelets), sausage, famous cinamon rolls, bagels, biscuits, banannas, cereal, milk, juices, & coffee. Pool was small but nice. Hot tub was great especially after walking all day at the parks. Pool was open until midnight. The only problem with the room was that the alarm clock was messed up & the outlet above the bed was loose and had no cover. I left a note for the maid to replace/fix but did not happen. We had our cell phone alarms that worked just fine. All in all, this place is an excellent place to stay. Location was about 5 minutes away from all parks.

Rooms were clean, and always stocked. Staff were friendly, and the kids loved the pool with a waterfall and a slide. Good location as well. Only downfall was the water pressure, but its still a good hotel.

Visited Walt Disney World Epcot; Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Disney. All the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express @ Lake Buena Vista again. The memory of the soft and restful pillows and the incredible cinnamon rolls will stay with me for a long, long time.

good hotel clean room nice will stay again good for the price only problem was room phone nobody was answering for wakeupcall cannot callfrontdesk from room but no big deal everything else was fine beside this .problem was reported to the frontdesk hopefully will be corrected in futher

Overall, I was very happy with the hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel was relatively quiet. The inclusive breakfasts were good. Guest relations were very helpful. Most guests are probably not aware that the hotel is a 30 minute walk from Downtown Disney. The shuttle system to Disneyworld was kind of limiting and having Downtown Disney close by gave me many more options.

During our vacation we stayed three times at this hotel. The main reason for choosing it was a very good quality price ratio and the good ratings. The first two times we liked the rooms and the breafast buffet that was included. The reception, however, was only so so. The third time we checked in very late and received only a room on the first floor. It was a bit noisy, the telephone didn't work and the bathroom had no ventilation.

Trip to Orlando to visit Disney World. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and will stay again. Conviently located a short drive from park entrances. Large variety of resturants and fast food places a short walk or drive away. Stayed 3 nights - Rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and our room even had a balcany. Staff friendly and helpful. Contential breakfast had a wide variety of options from fresh fruit and yogert to bacon and eggs. Coffee available in lobby all day also very nice. Pool and deak area were very nice, hot tub was great and the water slide was a very fun "extra"! I would definately recommend this hotel to all!

It was a very nice stay. It was close to the attractions that we wanted to see. The breakfast was nice and everything was clean with plenty of seating.

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We are from Miami and we drive over to visit the theme parks whenever we have a couple of free days to spare. It was basically by accident that we found out about this hotel, and we think this is the best hotel for the price you pay. It is at a great location, and the service is fantastic. We have previously stayed at much more expensive hotels that routinely receive 4-5 stars (e.g., the Peabody). I am not sure how allocates these star ratings at cheaptickets.com (they are hopelessly unreliable), but we are getting very tired for being charged for resort fees, wi-fi access, etc., and even warming up the milk for my little daughter. No, thanks. Believe me, Holiday Inn Extra @ LBV is the place we will stay the next time around too.

location location location. this was our first family vacation. very clean. great staff for exciption of 1 person. not a bad breakfest selection. many great dinning areas just steps away. we had problems with the key cards a few times but that was taken care of in a timly manner. house keeping was great and respectfull. loved the pool and water slide hot tub was a plus could of been a bit hotter.
