The Four KY travelers
Realistic review of Mariott/Seaworld
Location was perfect. Central to all parks & entertainment to keep kids busy. Minutes from good restaurants. Close to Orlando International Airport. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Good buffet breakfast every morning. Pool grounds nice & clean; however, several sneaky snakes & salamanders around on grounds, esp near pool area. Hotel cleanliness didn't truly fulfill my expectations compared to most Mariott's we've stayed at. Website said it is newly renovated and that is stretching the truth a bit-as I was expecting a tad bit more. However, staff went above & beyond to please & host. Website also mentioned "manager's reception" in the evening for 2 hrs (drinks/snacks) but this was not offered at all. All in all, a nice place just wouldn't 4 star it.

the hotel was ordinary. but the rooms and the public areas were dirty. i stayed at other marriott and it was very clean. the rooms were not cleaned properly

Great Value
We stayed at this hotel because we were visiting SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. They were close in proximity but a long walk. The hotel advertises that it provides transportation to the parks. what it doesn't tell you though is there is one departure time and one return time. We ended up having to find alternate transportation because the times were not when we wanted to go or return. Other than that, the buffet breakfast was great with a good selection. The pool was very nice. Rooms were clean and we were able to prepare our own food in the kitchen which saved money.

The hotel is on the I-trolley line which you can ride for 1.25 or buy a pass with unlimited rides for as many days as you want. The trolley travels up and down International Drive. There are lots of restauants and shopping along that route. There are outlet malls at each end of the trolley route.

Great Stay with Family!!
Great place to stay with the Family. We had a two bedroom suite and my kids loved having their own room/beds! The location was perfect for Seaworld/Aquatica and just down Hwy 4 to Disney attractions. The free breakfast buffet gave us the fuel to go most of the day and the eggs were awesome! Nice pool, game room, exercise room, etc. We would highly recommend the RI by Marriott Seaworld to anyone traveling to Orlando for business or pleasure.
