Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort

The hotel staff demonstrated great customer service. As for the room accomodations, room was clean, well maintained, and spacious. Overall my stay was good. I must also add a couple of concerns: After seeing that the room doors were external and could be accessed directly from the parking lot, I was initially concerned with my security. After sharing my concerns with the guest service staff, I was moved to a higher floor which was satisfactory. Also, I was not too impressed with the responsiveness of room service. Each morning I called to place an order for coffee, the phone went unanswered after 10+ rings. After contacting guest services for assistance, I was immediately connected with a room service representative. In spite of these concerns, I would stay there again.

The hotel was nice, the only complaint I had was the window view of my room. Maybe I was given this room because I requested a earlier check-in time. In the future, maybe the attendant should ask their guest about the room location.

didnt get what I booked. I got a standard room instead of suite and staff was rude about it. I would never go back. (not even for free)

Good location with good price Swimming pool is great my husband and son like the pool.Good location for restaurant and shopping.

The shower head was at the level for a 5' person. The toilets did not flus well. The carpeting needs replaced and updated The wall paper needs redone as its buckling on walls.

The hotel looks like in it's hey day may have been a very nice place to stay but it seems to have undergone major budget cuts. Although the beds were very comfortable, the pool and rooms are old and not very clean. The plug on the lamp had electrical type tape on it and did not seem very safe. The bathroom was quite small. The pool seemed kind of murky, and not very clean. The exercise room had limited equipment, and not very sanitary.

The hotel is on a very busy street so noise a factor. Housekeeping didn't get to the room until after 4 PM and only when we called about it. Hotel is "low rent" and in need of a major makeover.

Very good in general for the price , fast check in and check out, very well located, quiet , excellent facilities in general

We got a great rate, in a convenient location, but it came with inconvenience. We did not have a "Do Not Disturb" doortag in our room, which was cause for the housekeeping staff knocking on doors at 8:30 each morning. The noise level in the hallway could easily be heard from within the room, making it difficult to sleep. Saturday night parking was horrible with security staff directing us to parallel park next to a curb in the middle of the traffic lane. Lastly, we had constant problems with the TV reception, which was aggravating.
