The Sheraton Vistana Resort is in a lush, park-like setting dotted with palm trees, fountains and pools that attracts leisure travelers to this Lake Buena Vista resort. Guests hole up in one- or two-bedroom villas equipped with kitchens for extended stays or take advantage of the many leisure options onsite, like hard and clay tennis courts and bicycle rentals. On days off from theme parks, kids enjoy ballroom dance sessions, scuba classes and other fun and games. A grocery store at the property also saves parents from having to dine out.

great stay
My daughter and I were there for a soccer tournament. The room was great. It seemed brand new. Everything was clean, and great shower.The location is close to disney and not to far from universal. Loved it can't wait to go back.

I was good and it would be better if my other half could have joined me. But she got snowed out. It was good overall considering all.

Timeshare loc masquerading as a resort
Was tired of the timeshare calls. Polite front-desk staff turned not so polite after we declined to attend timeshare meetings. Pricey for the not so comfortable one bedroom villa which was a bit too small for a family of four. Overall, the room was clean and well maintained. Didn't have any time to use any of the amenities available within the resort but for them anyway.

You WON'T be sorry
OMgosh! This resort is gorgeous! It is everything you see in the pictures. The staff is pleasant and ready to serve you. The grounds are just gorgeous. And they have so many fun things to do for the whole family EVERYDAY. I can't wait to go back to the Vistana. I'm gonna look for them wherever I go now. Love it, love it!

The only thing was dining. If you want to eat in the resort I wouldn't recommend it. Not the best. It may because every villa has a full kitchen. There are some fast food places and one regular restaurant but I'd only use them as back up.

Excellent location at X-roads
Excellent location at X-roads of I4, 535/536, Int Drive and excellent swimming pools and other leisure facilities....but it has become big resort (bit like a small town) since my first visit in 1994.

large luxury villas
The large (1000+ square ft) 2-bedroom villa has two separate bedrooms/baths, perfect for two couples or a large family. Full kitchen, nice balcony, large lcd tv's are great. Good location near the Disney parks. Great pools.

Downtown Disney is a short drive away. Free parking, good restaurants, lots of live music all week. We went there almost every night.

Loved It!
Absolutely loved the place. Got in to the hotel quickly and checked in. Large property, but absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing, nothing like the pictures online, so much better! One thing I did not like was that the comforter on my bed was a bit dirty, some hairs were on it. And the sheets were a little too.

Disney Quest was a lot of fun. Geared towards late elementary school kids and up to adults. But Downtown Disney alone looked fun.

Decent, expected more
I was upset with the quality of service I received at the registration desk. There was an error with the name on my reservation and the lady behind the desk was rude and simply passed me to the next person, at this time I asked for a manager. We had received confirmation papers that we could check-in upon arrival and they made us wait 2 hours. The staff at 4 pools I visited were also extremely rude and the pools have no supervision or security. They do not have any type of lifeguards on duty no security. There was an occasion that I left a pool because a young couple was being very intimate in the pool and another time because a young man entered the pool with an open wound on his foot. I do not believe I will visit here again. i definately will not buy the timeshare they call and harass you with on a dailey basis either.
