Sheraton Vistana Resort - All Villa Resort in Lake Buena Vista

Spacious rooms, with kitchen & dining area. Room had a safe. Also washer and drier, jacuzzi bath tub, music system, DVD player etc. The screened balcony is nice. It feels more like aan apartment complex than a hotel. Nearby places for grocey shopping. Very close to Disneyparks.

The resort facilities is very nice, the location is very close to disney's theme parks & all other amusement parks. Lot of stores (Walmart, Sam's club)& restaurants are within a few miles driving distance. The staffs are very friendly and helpful especially, a gentleman named Keith Bassett at the service desk. The wireless internet didn't work but not too much of the big deal for us. The time sharing presentation was a little aggressive & persist but it did help pay for the Disney's tickets, this is your option.

We stayed at the Sharaton Vistana Jan 30-Feb 1,2008. We traded housekeeping for a free upgrade from a one bedroom suite to a two bedroom. We were very, very happy with just about everything about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. There were an abundance of nice pools and family activities. Our only regret was that we didn't leave ourselves a full day to just relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities! There was a Walgreens and a 7-11 around the corner and an outlet mall and a Walmart with 3 miles. We would definitely stay there again!

The Sheraton was great even though we had a flight delay of an hour and the time difference of 3 hours, we arrived around 3am. We got checked in an things went great. The cleaning staff was great in getting our room clean and the kids were surprised by the folded swan on the beds. The cleaning staff did not ignore the wait until later sign, and did come back later to get the room completed. The front desk was great in helping decide what events to take with the time available. I would definitely come back and are even thinking of staying with Sheraton if you have one in Daytona in February 2009. Going to take in the Nascar races. We were not able to take in any of your spa or 7 pools because of the time available and getting back to the room at around 2am does not help. The only dissatisfaction was when we did come back early one night, called to get dropped off at one of the pools and no one called back to say sorry, we were advised that ONLY one driver for your whole resort after 10 pm which was not satisfying at all.

Great location, Room was very comfortable. even had a washer and dryer. Jacuzzi tub was awsome.

We found this to be the perfect accomodations for our trip. We were travelling with a 3 year old and a 7 month old. The two bedroom villa was very spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped which allowed us to fix a lot of our own meals. This removed the stress of always trying to eat in a restaurant with 2 busy little boys. The pools were amazing! We found the location to be great...very close to the entrance to Disney as well as close to lots of shopping (Walmart, Target, outlets) and restaurants. Our older son really enjoyed feeding the ducks in the pond behind our building. The only negative part of our experience was that the housekeeping crew came at a different time every day, often at meals or when the baby was sleeping, so we never actually had our villa cleaned in the 5 nights we were there. If we went again, we would see if we could opt out of the housekeeping and get a discount.

The Sheraton Vistana resort was in a great location. The rooms were clean, brand new furnishings. The bathroom was well appointed with nice fluffy towels. The bedding and pillows were premium quality.We were close to the outlets and the parks.

The Sheratin Vistana Resort was very comfortable. The room was clean and nicely decorated. There was ample space for six people. There were several nice pools on the resort property as well as a general store and a few restaurants. The grounds were well maintained and the location was very convenient to the Disney property as well as local restaurants and shopping.

Clean, efficient management. The only thing that bothered me really was check-in. I wasn't prepared for 2 1/2 hour ordeal was we arrived (visiting Disney World is all about time-saving). Once we made our way to the front of the counter, we were met with a very please ing staffer.

the hotel was very comfortable.People who worked there were freindly. My children liked the hotel very much and enjoyed all the activities. I would recommend Sheraton Vestana to my sister who planned to take a vacation in April.
