Sheraton Vistana Villages - All Villa Resort on International Drive

Very nice accommodations, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptional. The best outdoor pool in Florida.

Vistana Villages on International Drive is our favorite place for vacation! We relax at the "quiet pool" and are always dazzled by the great customer service we receive from the staff. It's close to things to do without being in a high traffic area. The restaurant has a Starbuck's and the food we had was good. We go back at least once a year!

The hotel was very nice, although they offer breakfast to you and $75 dollars to take a tour and listen to a sales person try and convince you why you should buy into the hotel ownership. This was a bit long and had no idea what they were offering until i agreed and had to sit for 90 minutes and listen. Overall the hotel is beautiful, great for kids. I will go back again except I wont agree to listen to the timeshare presentation.

The Sheraton Vistana Villas is in a great location for visiting Disney or Universal. We stayed in a 1 Bdr Villa in the Key West Division. The Key West Villas are in a quiet part of the complex. The pool was wonderful - which was what was important for my 2 swimmers (7 & 10). The only problem we had was the pool closings almost every afternoon due to lightning strikes in the area - very disruptive to your afternoon swimming. The only other negative I had was the height of the counters in the bathroom - I'm 5'3"- on the short side - and the counter came up way beyond my waist almost to my lower chest area. My 7 year old had a difficult time cleaning her teeth. There are 3 good sized pools for activities - the main pool being the most used - one even has a pirate ship and a slide for the kids. The facility itself is huge - with activities to enjoy everyday, should you choose. But we liked where we were - very quiet - perfect for relaxing on a much needed vacation. The office has directions for traveling to all the popular destinations - and shopping - for groceries as well as the Outlet Mall. They also have coupons for various restaurants in the area. There are many good places to eat close to the Villas - and not as much traffic as there is near Disney. The Orlando airport is another story - make sure you get there in plenty of time - especially if you have to return a rental car - and going thru the TSA screening is a nightmare - you think you're in a line at Universal for the Harry Potter Ride. I would allow 2 - 2.5 hours before your flight. We normally go to Cancun for our vacations - but the girls wanted to see Universal and Disney. They really missed the ocean. The Villas was a great place to stay - very clean and safe - a gated community - I would recommend the Villas to a friend. Having breakfast and lunch in our room helped stretch our vacation budget too.

This has been my second visit to Vistana Villages using Orbitz. First experience was very good. This second visit I was again placed in the same location. Nothing to talk about the quality of the rooms. Run down, old, dirty, plates were terrible. Thanks to the staff at the hotel i was able to relocate to much better accommodations.

We just used the Sheraton as a stopover for two nights before moving on to our timeshare property. The apartments were very spacious and had all the modern amenities we like when travelling with our two boys. Wifi, new TV's full kitchen and nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff at check in were helpful and knowlegable and the whole process was very smooth.

The hotel itself was not bad and in good location. The room was clean and furniture was what you would expect. The problem was with the annoying phone calls at 7 AM asking you to join a seminar for a "Time share' Push. They do not tell you that, but this it was all about! I was a victim of these calls that I agreed to a free lunch, but once I realized the scam, I called and canceled. I was so surprised that upon checking out at 5 AM that I was charged $100.00 for not showing up at the so called free lunch!! Now back from vacation, I've been calling them every day for the past week to get my money back, but every time I called, I was transferred to a manger's voice mail who I think do not believe in calling me back!!

We thought this hotel, which is really a timeshare type of condo was fabulous. The pools were fabulous. The location was great. We were close to Disney (the reason for our vacation) and Disney was easy to get to , yet felt removed at the same time. After a long day at Disney I was glad not to see Mickey in any hotel lobby. This is close to numerous restaurants as well as a publix grocery and since there is a kitchen in each room it was great to be able to eat breakfast on our own and pack our own lunches. We spent 7 days at Disney and 3 "break" days at the hotel just sunning and swimming. An awesome vacation.

We were in town for the Florence and the Machine concert at the Hard Rock Live and for a day at Sea World. The Sheraton Villas that we stayed at for two nights was AMAZING. It offered so much more than what we were expecting or could have even asked for. Huge room, work-able kitchen, awesome bathroom. Loved it. We would stay here again in a second.

Conveniently located on International Drive about 10-15 mins from all Disney parks. And 5 mins from the Orlando Premium Outlets. 24h Walgreen's and Denny's less than 5 mins away from the Hotel. Avoid the "Welcome Package" unless you're looking for a timeshare sell.
