Family spring brake/short vacation
The location was nice we did not have to travel far to shop or eat. We also loved the inside pool therefore we was able to swim eventhough it was cold outside. We look forward to staying here again. The staff was very helpful when we asked for information and so was the room service.

Finally Got some good sleep AT HOME!!
Holiday Inn was a disaster
It was my daughter's birthday and the travel time was 3hrs from Columbus,GA. The outside of the hotel was nice with plants and flowers. THE ROOMS ARE LESS COMFORTING, AND THE SERVICE WAS A GRIN AN BEAR IT EXPERINCE.. The bathrooms were in need of power cleaning. I felt more comfort staying in the field for a week. You know it's bad when teenagers are uncomfortable. We stayed out late so there was less time spent in the hotel. I suggest this holiday inn select spend some money on upgrades.

The room smelled bad and the up keep of the whole premises was not at good standard. The curtains need to be replaced, the lounge furnitures need to be replaced. The cook did not prepared the food accordingly to Health and Wellness, and Health and Human Services standards. The pictures on the website is very deceiving. However, the front desk representative were nice. This is one time that I wished of staying in a condo because the expectation is much better than a hotel.

Holliday inn express
It was awesome. The room was all mirror with a florescent headboard. The staff was customer friendly and the whole trip was amazing. Definitely will come back.

The good, the bad, and the smelly.
We came to PCB, to get a weekend away and relaxation; but unfortunately this hotel didn't provide that. First, if you are looking to spend a lot of time by the beach, this hotel is no where near the location you would like to be at. Getting to the beach, with the traffic would take 30+ mins. Upon entering my room, I found hairs lying in my bathroom. Then I tried the lights; only half of them worked, and some flickered when they did work. On the bright side, the room was large, had free WI-FI, and came with refrigerator/microwave. Also, upon returning from the beach there was a foul, atrocious, disgusting odor throughout the lower-levels of the hotel; which was where my room was located. Apparently, there was a sewage gas leak and water flooding; along with backed-up toilets along my floor. The smell was so intense; it began to make us sick and we debated on leaving. Finally, they allowed us to switch rooms to an upper floor after some time. The pillows are very tiny; and like sleeping on rocks. The decor also leaves something to be desired; especially the bright red tub surround and shower. Also, bring your own hair-dryer; theirs aren't very powerful. So, will I stay at this hotel again --No.
