Scottish Inns Panama City

The hotel was really clean and cozy. There was plenty of room for our group. The staff were really nice and brought us whatever we needed promptly.

Let me start by saying, keep in mind the price of the hotel...$49.00. Upon check in had to get phone directions because we were a little lost. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. Once we arrived we were greeted with a smile. She promptly got us checked in and showed us where our room was. The room had a decent king size bed, fridge, microwave, 32' tv with cable, and nice size step in shower. Was not even expecting the fridge and microwave. The room was fairly clean, despite some burn holes in the comforter, however the location was PERFECT in regards to shopping, dining, entertainment, and not too far from the beach. You cant ask for better for the price. We will definately be back. =)

The hotel it self is nothing special. You get what you pay for. I checked in 5 hrs early they charged me a extra day.

We just needed a place to sleep and take a shower and it did the job. Bed and towels were clean the floor didn't look to nice though but for the price you can't really complain to much.

Our stay was not exceptional for the good or the bad. The worst thing about the room was the carpet - I'm not sure a cleaning would help it, but that would be a start. We arrived late and just needed a place to sleep and shower and that is what we got. The staffperson was polite and efficient.

. . . . . it was Ok, but both rooms smelled like urine, especially the bathroom. The street noise was a problem while we tried to sleep, but the bed was very comfortable and almost made up for the noise. The carpet blackened our feet, but at least it didn't smell like cigarettes and everything just needed to be cleaned.

Check in time was at 10am and the room was not cleaned until 11:30am. I was made to sit outside while they cleaned up. Got into a huge argument with the owner and his wife and the location of this hotel is terrible. Do not shower without shoes on and check your covers before you sleep. It is what you paid for. I have been through pretty horrible hotels, but this is by far the worst. I would never recommend a friend here.

I ended up paying to go somewhere else. There were roaches everywhere even in the bed. I took pictures and I have thought about sending to the health dept. Very upset with this hotel.

this is definately a "no tell motel" i believe the locals use the place to turn tricks!! rooms had roaches in them,nothing worked, rooms smelled soo bad! ALL FAMILIES or people with family values please do not stay here!!!!
