Majestic Beach Resort

This hotel charges $163 in non-refundable fees, $45 in accidental damage fees and $105 in departure cleaning fees. I did not see this listed anywhere on here nor did I see it on the hotel's website. We also had to keep wristbands on at all times and were told they were $50 each of we lost them. The parking is inconveniently located across the street and behind another building. Staff was extremely unfriendly. Upon check-out, I asked for a receipt showing the fees I was charged and the staff was reluctant to print me one. I had to ask 3 times before I got it. The room was ok but nothing special. I'm sure you could find a better deal somewhere else. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was excellent and the location was perfect...We came for the Thunderbeach Bike Rally.....Awesome time!!!!!

wow, where to begin? only after driving all the way down there was i informed of a $75 housekeeping fee which housekeeping ONLY applies to AFTER you check out as well as a non refundable, $50 security deposit. now, as far as the hotel, well, the only housekeeping done is after you leave. therefore, you only have the initial 2 towels per room. if you need clean towels, you have to wash them yourself. i went with my dad, and when he asked for towels, they did give him an additional 2, but "corrected" my dad by stating that this was NOT a hotel, but rather a condo. thus, there was no daily housekeeping or fresh towels. now granted, we did go during spring break, but, the security "checkpoints" made me feel like i was in 1940 Germany. every time you walked into the hotel, excuse me, condo, they asked "your papers please", actually, they asked to see a poker chip on an elastic wrist thingy which, reminds me, costs an additional $50 if you were to loose. the rooms? well, we stayed in a one bed room. thankfully, it did have a fold out couch. still, the baseboards in the bathroom were obviously water logged and decaying. the paint job was generic for lack of a better word and the whole room was cramped. i would recommend spending a few dollars more and reserve a room elsewhere, at least you'll get clean towels every day.

Our stay got off to a loud start to put it mildly. We realized when we arrived in Panama City Beach it was Thunder Beach! Thousands of extremely loud Harleys cruising up and down the street directly infront of the Majestic! This in no way was Majestic's issue. Mine for not knowing in advance. Once in the condo it was quiet except for a few extremely loud motor cycles. They should crack down on this like in Myrtle Beach. The Majestic Beach Resort is first class. The ammenities were perfect. The only complaint I should mention is the internet did not work in our room,. The front desk was unable to help becuase it was a weekend. There was internet access at the H20 pool bar. Also, I could not get cell phone service in the condo. Finally, if you book an studio condo the refrigerator is noisy. Worth the extra $$ to book a one bedroom. Everything else was perfect. The beach is the best in the world and the views are unsurpassed. The room was very comfortable. I would recommend this to my friends.

Great view of ocean. I love the hot tub but there was a problem it suppose to open at 8:00a.m.but the water was cold at that time and it was not completely filled up had to wait until 9:30a.m.then at 9:45 p.m. the guard came around and said it will cut off at exactly 9:58 p.m.didn't take under consideration that it didn't turn on until 9:30 a.m. so we cheated out of 1 hour and a half. I was at the hot tub every morning at 7:30 a.m. but had to wait until 9:30 a.m. no one seem to care . I think it should have stayed open until at least 12 midnight for adults Kids and young teenagers was in it everytime during the day you get in they look at you like you shouldn't be in it felt very intimidated by them did not get a chance to enjoy. The hot tub was what I was looking forward to. Someone had a bit bull in the lobby the was to long I did not see him until he was sniffing my leg I almost panic because I am afraid of them

This was a nice hotel. The hotel was clean and the room was a nice size. It was close to shopping as well.

Nice pools and beautiful beach. The studio suite was the perfect size for my family of 4 with the pullout sofa. Convenient shop with Starbucks near the lobby.

The hotel was clean and very well kept. Very nice fitness center and pretty good pool bar and restaurant. The view of the Gulf was beautiful. The only compliant I have is the bed in the studio room was not very comfortable.
