Palazzo Condominiums by ResortQuest

It really is a nice place. Our only concern was the suprise cleaning fee of 104.00 when it was not disclosed prior to our renting the property. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they said I could pay it or find another place to stay. Not good customer service, and Orbitz did not even answer my email when I complained to them. But the property is excellent clean and comfortable...

What a great vacation! From our first experience with the helpful & friendly staff at check-in until the time we left, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We were in unit 705 which is listed as a 1 bedroom, but feels bigger. Between the Master bedroom and kitchen is a bunk room (with it's own bathroom) for the kids. The view from the large balcony was spectacular. This was the best family vacation we have had in a long time.

I've stayed in a few beachfront condos, and Palazzo ranks right at the top. Check in was quick and easy, and the lobby was spotless. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We paid less to stay in this beautiful condo than if we stayed in a regular hotel room. Besides our majestic 13th floor view, I was thoroughly impressed with all the amenities including granite counter tops in the kitchen and flat screens in every room. The kids really dug the bunk beds in our unit also. A couple of gripes would be the master suite wasn't facing the beach in our unit (I like waking up to the sound of the ocean.), and, for some reason, we couldn't get good cell phone reception inside the condo. That was okay, shucks, I shut that bad boy off after we unpacked anyway. None of these are deal breakers, we'll stay at Palazzo every time we go to PCB. This is a great location too. Right down the street from Gulf World and the fabulous Pier Park. Overall, in Panama City Beach, one would be hard-pressed to find a better place to unwind and enjoy The Emerald Coast.
