I loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The view from our room was breathtaking. They showed a movie both nights we stayed via projector like being at a drive-in. I loved it,and will definitely go back .

LOUD!

If you are older than 25, DON"T STAY HERE! It's a Spring break hotel and they let the kids do whatever they please. We heard gangs right outside our room getting into swearing fights. It's an old motel with old furnishings. Staff hard to understand. If it wasn't for the beautiful ocean view and sandy beachs it would have been the worst experience EVER! The only time we slept was when we layed out at the beach during the day, cause your not gonna get any at night...

Spring break 2013

You get what you pay for, it's cheap for a reason. Room was extremely small and the staff barely spoke any English. Wouldn't recommend.

Over all a good stay even if the facility was in the middle of an over all remodel

I booked this hotel room on line and was quite surprised when I arrived that the hotel was in the middle of a MAJOR remodel. When I first saw the facility with construction going one everywhere and construction workers everywhere my first thoughts was to go elsewhere even thought I would not be able to get a refund on the room already paid for. I thought I would at least check it out. Again I was quite surprised that the room was very comfortable, clean and a very good value. I give the construction great marks for keeping things very useable and not really a problem with the stay. The hotel staff was very good, very nice, and very helpful. I am very glad that I did go ahead and stay at the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location, location, location

Be aware this is an older property, it is being renovated, but it's beachfront location pretty much made up for anything lacking for me. I'd say the house-keeping department needs a wake up call, no cups for coffee from the coffee machine in my room and certainly not spotlessly clean, but I have stayed in worse and paid more. If what you want is to hit the beautiful beach during the day, or go fishing off a pier, this is a good place. Views from every room straight out over the Gulf. I actually stayed an extra night, I liked it, very chilled and relaxed on the 4th floor.

Nice , right at the beach

we payed $ 49 per night and stayed 5 night..... had a pleasant stay..... Yes it is an older hotel, but not too bad, the bathrooms are could use a little more room to put stuff and towels. The only complaint we had was stopped up bath tub, called the front desk and the maintenance man came right away and took care of the problem... we had first floor and liked , because very easy access to the beach... would stay there again in the off season, the summer rates are too high for the quality.
