good location

was a nice place to stay , but had several things wrong with our room , I let them know about 5 different things , but didnt get no response about it and asked them if they wanted to make up some of the problems and they said they might but will have to get with the manager . Nice place on the beach and great view and easy access to every thing in town

GREAT ATMOSPHERE

The good bad and the ugly

We checked in on Monday, the main TV in the living room went out Monday night, and was promised everyday they were going to fix it, on Sunday when we checked out, still no TV. The Management at this condo is terrible. The room carpet was so dirty you could not walk bare foot on it, it would get your feet black. The two beach chairs that went with room were two hotels away, not a good place at all.

service is not good

The condo was OK, but the pool was not nice without any decoration. My kids were not really happy and enjoyed with the pool. One of the toilet was not flushing and I called the front desk to report twice around 9AM. I had been waiting until 4PM to get it fixed.

Watch the parking garage

The rooms were smaller than I expected and was led to believe based on the descriptions on the website. The cleaning company does not leave enough provisions (soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) in the condo. Parking was hard to find - our vehicle was keyed on both sides on our last day there because we were "in the wrong parking spot" according to someone who lived there, even though the folks that live there have assigned parking spots.

Family Fun

The experience of the hotel was great for the money. My family felt comfortable in our surroundings, but the sofa sleeper and the roll out carts mattress could have been thicker, excessive hair in the tub(during shower time caused the water to backed up), the two security locks on the door were not functional, very few loading carts available and the need for internet usage was not available. The Hotel should also have employees visible at this sight. Driving to the Calypso Resort to check in and out was an out of the way experience. Thank you

The following resturants were very good. Capt. Anderson's was great and Bayou Bills. As for shopping Wal-mart was very convenient and a short distance to the hotel. Pier Park offered a vast variety of entertainment for all ages.

Enjoyed our stay!!!

Location was great! The beach chairs was nice to be included with the room. We needed beds separated, not in bunkbeds, if had youger kids this would have been fine. Didn't work too well with young teens, tight fit. Bathrooms are not for handicapped!

Unless you want to cruse (slowly) the strip, travel Hutchison Ave to get around. Shop Publix - Walmart is a nightmare!

Comfortable

The only negative is that we had a 7 day stay - they provided 2 trash bags - requested an additional - was denied.
