HIE Sebring
I've stayed here four times and it's clean, comfortable and quiet. Outside pool is nice and really gets some use.

Short drive from hotel
Forego the Denny's just off the hotel parking lot. It's only about 4 years and was not so hot when it opened. It's not getting any better. There are plenty of places to eat in either Avon Park or Sebring proper.
