Holiday Inn PALM BEACH-AIRPORT CONF CTR

We were there just over night. The room was clean. The front desk staff was pleasant. The restaurant was so-so. We only ate there for breakfast. It was poorly staffed. There were only two young men running the place and they also acted as host, waiter and busboy. All the tables were filled with dirty dishes (except for the tables where people were still eating). One chef to cook for everyone. Not fair to those employees or the customers. Come on...can't you spare a few more people? Probably would have done more business if there were clean tables available.

Excellent location - right off the highway and super close to the airport. Rooms and hotel were very nice and clean. Shuttle to airport at 5:00 am was great for our 6:15 am flight out.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Upon check in they gave me the key to an occupied room and I walke in on a person sleeping!!!! At least the person did not know I was there. For this mistake the hotel comped me with free breakfast for my stay. Parking was good although this time there was noone to help with luggage. Car rental drop off lots and the airport are very near by.Room was comfortable with a refrigerator and wireless internet service in room.

The West Palm Beach Holiday Inn and Convention Center was a fine place to stay while visiting the area. It was very quiet and the room was quite large with microwave and small refrigerator. We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were visiting our children, but we were happy to be there at night. The king size bed was unusually comfortable. The night we checked in we were late, tired, and needing a glass of wine to settle in. Although the bar had closed just before we arrived, they held it open for us for a few minutes. We greatly appreciated that courtesy.

The Holiday Inn PALM BEACH-AIRPORT CONFERENCE CENTER was well maintained and clean. I was dissatisfied with the hotel check-in. Check-in is at 3pm. My flight arrived into West Palm Beach at 11:30AM. Despite, the late check-in, the process was fast and simple. My room was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view on the 5th floor was nice. The bathroom was very spacious, however I wished there would have been more wash clothes. After checking out my room, the front desk called me and asked me How is your room? Is there anything else we can get for you? The courtesy call was a nice gesture. I was very satisfied overall.

Although it is very handy for a one night stay before a flight out it is a little isolated. The hotel makes the best of this by providing shuttle service tnat I found very helpful.I would stay here again .

VERY CLEAN ROOM, CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. LARGER ROOM THAN USUAL. DESK FOR WORKING. ONLY NEGATIVE, THERE WAS NOT ANY GIFT SHOP. GREAT ROOM, QUIET AND COMFORTABLE.

Great location for Palm Beach Airport. Easy to reach Palm Beach. Not many amenities and limited dining available. Room was average.

We had a very good two night stay at the Airport Holiday Inn in West Palm Beach. The room was very nice and clean. We had an issue with a leak in the room and the staff and manager handled it in an excellent manner. Great service!

The front desk had excellent customer service skills. All of the staff were friendly and polite. The room was very clean and it had a very soft, comfortable mattress. The mattress and cleanlyness is what makes the room in my opinion. The bathroom was big with two sinks and lots of counter space. The hotel inself was not far at all from the beach. If I had a bike, I could ride there. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and if we ever go back, we'll stay there again.
