Great location and service
The location and staff at the hotel are indeed two of their best assets. The hotel is an archetectural gem, but it needs updating in some areas, such as carpets and the interior design of the rooms. If you are visiting for business reasons want to have great service, this is a good place for that purpose. Otherwise, you might find other hotels in the same area with updated facilities that can contribute to make your stay more enjoyable.

Truva is a restaurant located just a block east from the Hotel (Andrew Young and Peachtrea Center). The restaurant serves middle eastern dishes that are out of the ordinary. A group of colleagues and I enjoyed a great dinner, the food was just great, the services and attention from the staff, and had overall a experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Choice For Budget
The staff was excellent all around from check-in to check-out. The view of downtown was beautiful. All questions were answered promptly and friendly. This hotel has a lot of resources for its guests. The price per night for the level of design and customer service greatly exceeded my expectation. Will stay there again if in Atlanta.

4th of July in Atl
The staff was friendly, it was a breeze checking in (pre-paying helped), being a preffered memeber I was able to get a room upgrade which I was estatic about. The hotel was in a great location and able to walke to most of the downtown attractions.[...] I didnt like I had to pay for parking but the location kinda balanced that out. And unfortunately due to the fact it was a holiday weekend, we had some noisy neighbors (slamming doors and loud talking in the hallway early in the morning).

There alot of restaurants that are in walking the distance. the concierge was able to give an entire list of great restaurants in the area.

Convience
The hotel was truly a great experience. The location was great, it was an older hotel but upkept very well. The customer service was amazing. The two restaurants and bars were convienant as well as the parking. The rooms were very comfortable and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Atlanta.
