Very Adequate
We only stayed for about 8 Hours, as very early the next morning (4:30 a.m.) we had to catch a plane for Disneyworld. The room was just to get some sleep with the grandchildren and get up and go. The room was clean. No frills just basic place to sleep.

Above and Beyond
My daughter forgot her cell phone charger in the room. When I arrived home there was a message on my answering machine from the manager letting me know that they had found the charger and offering to UPS it the next day if we provided them with the address. I called with the information the next day and she had it 2 days later. They went above and beyond! The motel was full when we arrived but we had a quiet, restful sleep - obviously very well sound-proofed as well as clean and well-maintained. Excellent value!!!

Bob Evans and Steak 'N Shake less than a block away and 24-hour Walgreen across the street for last minute needs. Very conveniently located.

The staff was friendly and help us out when we had a problem . The air conditionor wasn"t working very well and they had another room empty and gave it to us even when the room was bigger and cost more.

NIce place, great deal
I took my son to college orientation. It was a great deal and very close to the university and lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The hallways and common areas were dated and worn out and there was a strong chemical solvent smell in the hallway, but the room was great and very comfortable!

Beginning of Good Trip
We were only here for a few hours. Had an early flight and needed to be close to the airport. Glad there were a handful of restaurants that you could walk to. The gentleman working the counter was very nice and helpful.

reunion with friends/family and medical visits
Had to come back from out of state to follow up with doctors,great cancer center, also got to see friends and family. This hotel was located at a convenient location as i do not drive,public transportation closeby. Several restaraunts within walking distance. Shopping and hospitals no too far away. Liked the little eating area, washer /dryer came in handy. Coffe maker in room, never ran out . Rooms kept clean and comfortable. Had a computer available thank god as I could not carry a laptop on the trip. Staff pleasant and even made waffles for guests on request. Much nicer than a couple of other Super 8s I have been too. Cleaner. Will return here again if I need to future.

SUPER 8 AT 818 1AAA BLOOMINGTON,IL
THE FRONT DESK PERSONEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AT CHECK IN,BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED IN OUR ROOM THERE WAS AN BAD ODOR IN THE ROOM. WE COULDN'T DECIDE IF IT WAS FEET OR LOCKER ROOM SMELL.THE MOTEL WAS BOOKED SOLID SO ANOTHER ROOM WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION SO WE WENT TO LOCAL GROCERY STORE AND BOUGHT AIR FRESHENER WHICH WE USED EVERY FEW HOURS AND THAT SEEMED TO HELP. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS O.K. AND THERE WERE RESTAURANTS VERY CLOSE TO IT'S LOCATION
