Brilliant situated city hotel
Everything ran smoothly. Staff really polite and helpful. Good sized rooms, good food in restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely go into Bloomingdales visitors centre to get a discount voucher off your shopping. We saved 15% which made up for the tax addition and a bit extra.

From start to finish a great way to stay! Perfect location to everything you need to see and do. In Chicago for a convention? Omni runs a shuttle service to and from McCormack Place.

Good stay
Overall the stay was good. Hotel staff tried to accommodate all of our needs. Best thing about this hotel is the location. Can't get any better than smack in the middle of the city.

Lovely location, spacious rooms, great amenities...
The hotel was wonderful and had a prestigious feel the moment you walked in. My room (a king suite) had lots of space and the bathroom was also large, but there was very little natural light due to the heavy curtains and buildings surrounding our room. I wish the pool, hot tub and gym didn't close at 10:30 pm. That seems a bit early for a secured floor amenity. Overall I think the hotel was lovely, although for the same price I may search for something with more value that is a bit more modern, hip and trendy. Although the location was unbeatable. Around the corner from the hotel were two great restaurants...a pizza place and Rosebud on Rush. Both were great and moderately priced.

Great Location!
Great location, right in the heart of Michigan Ave. only wierd thing is, the lobby is on the third floor (without and escalator) So you have to take 2 elevators to get to the room, or to go out. Odd But other than that everything else is great

Foodlife at the water tower center, about two blcks away. Every person is given a card when they walk in, then there are different stands to choose from BBQ, sushi, juice bar, grilled sausage, italian etc. Your card is charged everytime you get something and you jst pay at the end. Great for lunch.

Close but no cigar
Overall, a very good hotel at a very good price. The only problem was that the closet in this huge suite was 2 feeet by 2 feet, the hanging bar was at half the height, and the in-rooom safe took up most of the room below it. There was literally no place to hang my overcoat or leather jacket once my suit and shirts were in the closet.

Christmas vacationers
Great place for families!
Rooms have plenty of space for family of four! Nice pool and fitness center. Great central location and friendly staff. Only negative comment-cool draft by window in bedroom. Would still highly recommend as a great place to stay!

We got three day bus passes at the local Walgreen's store (just two blocks from our hotel) and used that as our means of travel to all the sites of the city. Just $14 each!
