Perfect
We got a standard room with a king bed. The bath was outstanding, tub, shower, and spacious. Fit and finish of the room and hotel were as you would expect of this class of hotel, spotless - absolutely spotless. I love my coffee first thing in the morning. The complimentary coffee was the best! Highly recommend.

Perfect!!
This hotel is located right in the middle of anything you could ever want. Shopping, restaurants, Lake Shore Dr. The staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating, and the bed was soooo comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family. One note, I did park in the public garage located right next to hotel and it was still $37 for less than 24hrs. I was told by valet that it would be cheaper, so it may be worth checking into.

Perfect for couples
My favorite hotel in Chicago. If you have good taste and style this hotel is for you! Perfect for couples and singles. Not really a place for children. All meals here are amazing! Check out the Le Bar for the best cocktails and the Noir Chocolate. I'm already planning a return trip.

Great Hotel, great service. Very conveniently located. Only thing I would like is coffee set up for first thing in the morning. It's nice to have a cup of coffee when you first wake up,read the paper and relax before starting your day. Work out room a little small.

First Class and Convenient
Top of the line four star. Great architecture and extremely attractive and functional rooms. Good bath and excellant flat screen HD television. Also, ideal location: near shopping and dining but with residential feel. Resturant is very nice.

Good trip and stay
Nice, clean. Someone their to open door every time we went in/out. Couple blocks from Mich. Ave and Water Tower. Had help for anything. Got for a cheap price on Orbitz, great service for cheap. Overall great experience, trip.

"Simply the Best!"
Every time that you walk up to the door, there is someone holding it for you. The rooms are beautiful and pristine. The staff was a little stuffy, but did their job very, very well. Great experience. Would totally stay here again!

"Pops for Champagne" was an item on our "To Do" list that we were going to pass on but decided to complete "only for the experience". It was an amazing night. The music was great. The drinks were amazing and different. And the place was super fun. I wish there was a "Pops for Champagne" closer to home!
