The La Quinta Inn Schaumburg is northwest of downtown Chicago, not far from O'Hare International Airport. We are close to many popular attractions, including Arlington International Racetrack, Medieval Times, and the Streets of Woodfield, an exciting retail complex with a mix of urban shops, theaters, clubs, and restaurants. Stay here while visiting area businesses, including the Motorola World Headquarters, Sears, Canon Training school, Zurich America, and Verizon. The La Quinta Inn Schaumburg has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Spacious rooms come with such amenities as a coffee maker and free high-speed Internet access. The day begins with a Free Bright Side BreakfastTM in the lobby. Great location & price, fair quality

Since it was in close proximity to the Woodfied Mall, we were able to enjoy the Woodfield area. It's also near train stations, so access to the city is easy.

Good quality, fair price.

Fairly inexpensive. Quite, convenient location. Friendly staff. Rooms shows its age but overall not bad. Rooms clean but not spotless. I would use it again. Only complaint about coffee and coffee maker. Taste horrible. Totally undrinkable. Tasted like someone cleaned coffee maker with bleach.

SWEET HOME CHICAGO

I visited with Family and friends. Had a great time. The walls are very thin throughout the hotel. You can hear conversation and plumbing all the time. Staff was courtious and helpful.

great location

This hotel is in a great location - just down the road from Ikea and right by the Woodfield shopping center. It is a super deal for the price. It was sort of a pain to haul luggage up stairs, but the room was pretty nice. The worst part was that the shower head was really low - I had to do squats to wash my hair, and I'm only 5'6" on a good day. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel when you just need a decent place to crash for the night.

Did not make up the room on second day..

We had a two night stay and our hotel room was not made up the second day. We left in the morning and were out of the room all day. On our return I had to go to the reception to ask for fresh towels. Receptionists were also not very friendly. Other than this it was OK. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most other motels we've stayed at.

La Qquinta

Room door had large gap that lit up the room all nite. Dog barking i next room on Thurs. nite caused me to check out a day early and find a new Motel in the area at an added expense!!!!! Breakfast area to crowded, had to use resturant nextdoor for another added expense. No saving here.

Summer trip

Everything was nice except the bathroom toliet leaked and we had to move to a different room at eleven at night.Then the key that they gave us did not work so we stood out in the hallway with all of our stuff and waited for someone to come back.We did not have anyone say sorry or even once ask if everything was okay with our stay.

good price and not that far from chicago

we went downtown everyday and it is located very close to a bus and train station. it has two restaurants next door and there is a mall right around the corner.
