Great room but check to see if wireless Internet is

We had a wonderful time. The location was ideal. The staff so helpful and friendly. The food fantastic. Try the fish and chips, plus the clam chowder. They were the best. The only down side was we went with double beds. With the soft comfy down they seemed really small. We slept great though. Would love to do it again soon.

Great location! We were within walking distance of every part of Boston we wanted to reach. Hotel is within 3 blocks of the start of the Freedom Trail and right next to downtown shopping in the theater district. Doormen and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, spacious.

From the sixth floor (on the odd numbered side) the city view is little more than the broad side of a short but block-wide office building that leaves most of its lights on at night throughout the weekend -- I counted more than 170 windows. The floor is too low otherwise to offer a view of anything else but the roof of a parking garage between the hotel and the office building. The hotel is well-maintained; the staff if very courteous. The restaurant breakfast was quite good as was a room service dinner I had. Housekeeping is meticulous. The gym is adequate but they need an additional weight bench. The pool was heavily chlorinated but pleasant all in all. Fresh clean towels are abundant. The shower enclosures and fixtures in the men's locker area however are cheap and showering there was not very pleasant. (The gym is also a membership gym open to non-hotel guests.) Location in both the business and theater districts is convenient to theaters and some department stores.

Everthing was as good as we expected. One advise is that it was convenient for travellers if the Hotel would provide free internet.

I have been in this Hotel twice, and I have been very please with it. My only complaint is that there should be a 24 hour doorman at the entrance since the loby is not at floor level. I had a bad experience when I came late from my son's apartment and there was no doorman. I feel sorry for the Hotel but I don't think I will be staying there again.

Room was small. Bathroom was a little worn. Hotel charged $4.99 for a can of sode out of the service bar and $3.50 for a candy bar.

The Hyatt Regency was comfortable. The room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes. I was not too satisfied with the cleanliness and shower in the bathroom. The location was convenient.

wonderful place, quiet and nice. in a great part of town to explore.

The concierge was very helpful in finding my way around Boston. It was disappointing that Hyatt did not "validate" parking. I had no choices for parking except to use the parking lot next to the Hotel. At $30/12+period ... I was stung twice for a total $61 - just to PARK! If the Hotel doesnt validate ... at least you should negotiate with the parking lot to reduce the charges (1/2 would at least be a good start) since for travelers like me ... I have no choice.
