Pleasant Experience
The rooms are not breathtaking, nor is the view, but the location and service make up for it. Wonderful experience for the price. Highly recommended.

Great Getaway
We spent Memorial Day weekend at the Hyatt Regency and had a fantastic time. It was our 5 yr wedding anniversary and the great staff upgraded our hotel and we had a great view!! It was close to the T, which we used for the times we didn't feel like walking. The location of the hotel was good- walking distance to most places. We would definitely stay there again!

The Boston Public Garden is fantastic. You can relax in the grass and listen to live music or "people watch".

Great location
The beds were plush and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. DONT OPEN the refrigerator unless you want to pay $25.I didn't like the food choices for room service, and it was very expensive ($4 service charge, 18% fee + local and state taxes).

This hotel is great location. It is a 2 - 3 block walk to four T (subway) stations (Boylston,Downtown Crossing, Chinatown, Park Street (5 blocks). It is convinient to Boston Common,the downtown shopping area, Chinatown, and the Oldtime trolley #6 and # 14 stops. Who could ask for more! Fenway park is 4 away stops on the T.

nice hotel, great location
great experience but one complaint - Orbitz info called out a 3:00 check in but it wasnt until 4:00

grab a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers from just up the street and have a lovely picnic in Boston Commons.

My first visit to beautiful Boston!
sightseeing, exploring Boston, historal research and visited family. missing Newspaper at the door! had to pay for Internet access, so/so hotel Restaurant not as good as my Toronto Trip.. Breakfast buffet was included with the Marriott hotel!

2 blocks behind the Hyatt Regency @25 Kingston STreet is Kingston STation Restaurant-bar-cafe, amazing drinks and excellent food, fantastic appetizers, excellent Nicoise Salad and Salmon.. fun place..

Great central location to Walkabout.
Stayed at the Hyatt for a Stockholders meeting and used off time to explore the city. Staff was extremely helpful with outside restaurant suggestions and directions. Macy's is located next door to the hotel so we were able tp purchase pants for my husband as a bottle leaked in his suitcase. The Concierge desk had wonderful directions and maps to get us everywhere we wanted to see and also had Trolly Car information and tickets available.

By cab you can get to the Italian Quarter and just walk until you find a restaurant that suits you. There are unbelievable choices and excellent food. We enjoyed two fabulous meals at Lucca's.

friendly reception, quality room
The reception by [...], our French-speaking registration person, was warm, hospitable and informative. We chose a room on the top floor (22nd) which provided great views of the city and was more than adequate for our needs. We used the hotel as a base for walking to several different sections of the city and the location was ideal for this purpose.

Great location and price
I was in Boston for their Gay Pride Celebration, the hotel was about 10 mins walking from the festival site. The hotel is very clean and is in a good position for going to the Commons, the T and the theatre district. The bed was luxurious and well appointed. The only downside was during the late afternoon/early evening some of the guest next door were a little loud because of very young children but it was quiet by late night.
