Like Coming Home!
My 15 year old daughter and I recently took our first mother-daughter trip to a big city by ourselves. We were both very anxious and unsure of ourselves. We flew in and arrived via subway about 11:00 a.m.after a very stressful flight. Thinking we would only be able to leave our luggage at the desk, we were delighted to be given an early check-in time! The room was delightful and after a long day of sight-seeing it was truly like coming home! The staff at the hotel were courteous and very helpful. It was evident they were proud of their hotel. The location is EXCELLENT. Just a couple blocks from 3 subway stops. We most definitely would stay there again! Our trip to Boston was a truly wonderful experience, made even more so by our accomodations.

The public gardens are delightful. They adjoin the Boston Commons. A beautiful green oasis in the midst of this charming city.

Great weekend getaway
Excellent stay. Staff was very courteous and professional. Room was made available three hours before check in. Came in for the Red Sox game and would definitely stay at this location again.

Nice Digs
Nice hotel overall, although the room looked like it hadn't been dusted for a couple of days but that didn't bother me too much. What was great was that I got to check-in at 7AM after taking a red-eye from the West Coast

Great Hotel for the price
This hotel is in a central location, within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel staff could not be friendlier or more attentative. The concierge provided excellentdirectins to the undergound and places we requested informaiton for, the hotel staff promptly obtained taxis and car service back to the airport. While we only ate at the hotel restaurant once, the food was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean, had wonderful linens and very comfortable beds. This was a short trip and we did not take advantage of the health facilties, but would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Boston.

The package we were able to get through Orbitz was such an outstanding bargin. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, all staff in the hotel were courteous and friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent Hotel!
I was here for a conference, and I booked the hotel through Orbitz. The customer service was incredible, the staff was so nice and makes you feel like a VIP all the time. The breakfast buffet was delicious and is included in the business package, which is a great deal.

Very comfortable beds
Lovely hotel in a great location. Helpful staff. Only minus, you had to change elevators to get from the lobby to the street exit.

Never slept in a more comfortable bed
This is a beautiful ellegent hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. I would stay here again.
