Great location
Great location to Faniel Hall, shops, restaurants, the theater district. We were seeing a show and it was less than a 10 minute walk past Boston Common to the Wang Theater. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious. Staff was very helpful and gave great advice as to where to go!

A comfortable place with good location

A hidden gem
The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located to a number of Boston landmarks and a short walk away from a couple T stops. The room was neat, clean, spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful - particularly the door attendants who were quick to offer directions. We shared a two-bed room with three people and found the beds a bit on the small side in this type of room for two people, sharing. The only potential drawback is that this hotel is hidden away behind a main street and the main entrance lobby actually requires an elevator ride up to the third floor. Some may find this a potential security problem if coming home late at night.

Good Value and Location
The location was great! Two blocks from the T (subway) Boston Commons and the start of the Freedom Trail. The front desk personnel and concierge was very helpful. The rooms were clean, and large enough to move around in.

good location, good price
Vistited Boston. Hotel has very good location to the places we went - Chinatown, South Station Bus TErminal, Quincy Market, etc. Everything in the hotel were good. Previous hotels that we've stayed were comparable to this hotel.

Family Vacation
Hotel is located in downtown Boston. 2 blocks from subway. 3-4 blocks from Freedom Trail. Nice clean rooms however a little small. Hotel sold tickets for trolley tour which was convenient. Trolley stop was a few blocks away however. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. For the price the Hyatt was a very good value. We had a great time in Boston!

The subway and bus system are good ways to get around Boston. Also, the Old Town Trolley tour stops at most points of interest. Folks in Boston were friendly and helpful. A tour of Fenway Park is a must see for baseball fans. Great family vacation city.

Nice hotel
All the staff were very kind towards us. The hotel was located near to the most important places such as the Common Park, Quincy Market etc. So, although I was in Boston to attend a conference, I can find some time to travel around.

Independence Day weekend stay
Very good for the price and location. Would definitely stay again. The only 2 things: TV remote control was missing and the cofee maker was not working. Would still recommend. The room location was excellent, the room was clean, the staff was very corteous during check-in/out

great service at the Hyatt
Enjoyed the Hyatt as our family vacationed in Boston. The location was convenient to walking downtown, to the park, the T, and the Freedom Trail. What I enjoyed most was the friendly, helpful staff. However, parking is quite expensive in Boston, including at this hotel.
