Friendliest staff I've ever seen
I went to Boston for business and I usually stay at Marriott. I must admit Lenox staff is head and shoulders above any hotel staff I've interacted with before. You feel like you're coming back home after a long work day. It is a beautiful historic building, located right on Boylston St steps from Copley Plaza. It doesn't get any better.

Lenox Boston
Whoever now owns The Lenox has done a terrific job of facelifting the physical plant and re-staffing the hotel with some outstanding personnel. The room were spotless, roomy, and very comfortable. The value proposition was also terrific.

This hotel was located in the perfect spot, lots to do. The hotel also had a retro feel, but at the same was very clean and updated.

The Lenox Prefect Place to Stay!
Love this hotel, have stayed many time and when I travel to Boston this is the only hotel I think of....quaint boutique hotel.

Perfect!
I had 2days in Boston and this hotel was perfect! I asked for early checkin, and when I arrived I actually got my room early.The room was a jr suite on the top floor! It was classic but lovely with modern amenities.the staff could not have been nicer. One afternoon we arrived back at the hotel to find a snack of apple cinnamon donuts and apple cider! The location was amazing. Also the concierge recommended a place for dinner that was fabulous, Atlantic Fish, right down the street! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Boston!

Everything is within walking distance. Boston is smaller than you think. Don't bother with the Charlie ticket unless you're crossing the River and / or going back to the airport.

Wonderful weekend in Boston
We were in town for Parents Weekend at our son's college and needed a hotel convenient to the T for easy travel to/from campus, plus in a fun area of the city for sights, restaurants and nice shops. The Lenox Hotel met all these reqs fabulously. And the staff and ambiance of the hotel were superb. We'll stay again, for sure!

Great location
Great central location in the Back Bay area. Close to the Copley T station and within walking distance to tons of shops and resteraunts of all kinds.
