excellent service great location the

excellent service great location the little touches like scented water in the foyer, wine down hour, free newspapers and bottled water each morning in the lobby all add to the ambience and service of a great establishment check out Ben from the concierge team who makes your stay all that more enjoyable and informative

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel, but it is most expensive parking we had ever experienced Even compared to Europe , $40 a night? And Orbitz didn't mention anywhere, which is very disappointing . And for some reason breakfast wasn't included in our package.

Location, location, location!

We had a great starting point to Beacon Hill, Boston Commons, and all places on the T. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel, excellent location

Good hotel, excellent location with nice spacious rooms and great service. Wine hour was something to look forward too every day also.

Awesome hotel! The location is

Awesome hotel! The location is perfectly situated - it is convenient to the T and most of historic Boston as well as some good night life spots. We went for four nights during St. Patrick's day and had an absolute blast. The only possible improvement would be a bigger TV. It's definitely the place to stay if you're in Boston for fun, and if it's convenient for a work trip, I would stay there as well (and do dinner at KO Prime).

This hotel exceeded our expectations

This hotel exceeded our expectations and the level of service provided by the staff could not be faulted. The location was perfect for walking to a number of different venues and we were directed to a seafood restaurant on the harbour by the staff. The restaurant (Legals) was excellent and we felt completely spoilt by our Boston stopover.

Could not say enough about Nine

Could not say enough about Nine Zero. The staff could not do enough for you. Any request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our rooms, hallways and common area were immaculate. Within walking distance to the North End, Faneuil Hall, Boston Common and the waterfront. I would highly recommend the Nine Zero when staying in Boston.
