Location! Large room!

The building was ornate in wooden architecture, built in I believe it was 1850. The room was incredibly spacious and beautiful. Nothing seemed old as far as smell or comfortability. The bath water did sometimes take a while to get warm. The style was warm contemporary. The location is the most perfect. Right in the middle of everything, which is in walking distance. But we did not hear any of the traffic in our room (top floor).

The hotel is amazing. Part of

The hotel is amazing. Part of Boston history. Very close to all the tourist sites - the Hotel itself is one of them). Everything was great except for the size of the room, which was very small.. It was as if they knew I had booked via a discount provider and given us a small room. Despite this I would return to the hotel. (Ask for a bigger room).

Great Boston Visit

The Parker house is a great old time hotel. The rooms are on the small side but everything else is first rate. The hotel is one of the stops on the freedom trail and is close to all the historical sites of Boston. Positioned between two main subway stops getting to just about any location around the city is a quick "T" ride.

The Omini Parker Hotel in Boston

The hotel was terrific, we had such a great time. They were generous in their giving us a nice bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberry's with a card from the staff wishing us a happy anniversary. Only negative is that if you don't like valet parking, then it was a bad experience. My husband and I did not want our car parked away, the valet person said we could park in front of hotel for 15min before we had to move the car. That he would hold onto our keys for us. The reason was that my husband and I wanted to tour Boston before parking car in garage. Needless to say the valet, did not hold to his word. When we returned in 10 mins our car was already taken to the garage. So it took another 35mins before we got our car back. I hated the hold up. Lesson, make sure that if they take your keys you watch them put them in pocket or one waits in the car. Over all the place is great and I would recommend it to all.. Diane

You'll pay for the location and that's all!!

My room was so small the dresser drawers bumped in to the bed everytime I opened them. The shower was the size of a phone booth and I kept banging my head on the soap dish. I had to sign up to some rewards program just to get WiFi and to use an actual computer downstairs would have cost me $7 for 15 minutes. I did like the location and free USA today but I would not stay here again.

Their are a ton of great food options that are right outside your door. The North End has many great Italian restaurant's, and Newbury, and Boylston also have terrific places to grab a meal.

omni parker house...soso

The room and the bathroom are very small ,very scant space to move around. The view outside the window is a bedroom from another building. Three things are good...the staff, the location, the parker restaurant with the original delicious boston cream pie

Nothing special

We've been to Boston a couple of times before this trip and stayed at the Long Wharf Marriott. A much better choice than the Omni Parker. The room at the Omni was small and the bathroom had not one single surface to put any lotions or make-up or anything else. We requested a table to be put in the bathroom for our use. On a positive note, I can say the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel has not been updated sufficiently and I wouldn't recommend it.

great location, best boston cream pie

Excellent location; we parked in a garage around the corner and left our car there for the entire weekend. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Great parks, playground, shopping, dining just around the corner. Room was clean and luxurious, although the beds were a little too soft for my taste. Very family friendly service; on arrival, the kids received backpacks with toys in them, which they loved! Breakfast buffet was excellent (amazing bread). Boston cream pie was delicious! Would definitely return.

Very Expensive [...]

The room was a cubby hole, they said they would charge me $ 10 for internet unless I signed to their loyalty program - which reluctantly I did. I double checked that they had no similar conditions to use electricity or water !!For a price conscious customers looking for best prices through [...], I don't think it is a right hotel [...], I had to pay US $ 9 which probably is the most expensive bottle of water I am ever going to drink. The hotel is good, but gives an impression of arrogance, hubris.
