Great Exterior, Great Interior

I decided to book a place while visiting some friends in town so I can really relax. It feels like your own place, and there's plenty of services in the hotel for any other needs. WARNING: You have to pay a flat rate of $9.95/night for wi-fi (but you can get free access in the lobby). It's right by Beacon Hill, close to all the T lines (subway access literally right around the corner), close to Quincy Market, short walk over to the Aquarium, basically a central walking distance to most highlighted places in Boston.

great value

This was a very nice room in a classic hotel. It was just large enough for a romantic getaway. It is close to the Commons and the subway. Easy to get whereever we wanted to go!

perfect location; fair price

I chose the Parker House for it's location, and price. I needed to be able to walk to various historical points of interest, particularly King's Chapel, which is across the street. Although it is now irrelevant, I was saddened to learn that the Parker House shut out the natural light at King's Chapel when it raised the hotel several stories in the 30's. The current King's Chapel was completed in 1754. I would hope such a treasure would have more protection today. Boston's history is it's greatest asset. That being said, I would definitely stay at the Parker House again. I was particularly impressed with the courtesy of the staff, and with the level of personal service.

Best Business Trip in Years

I was at a 2 day seminar in Boston. I chose the Omni Parker based on a recomendation from a family member. Upon arrival, I was given a room upgrade. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and curtious. The resturant and bar staff was great. The room was clean and I had a great view. My room was quiet and I had no problem sleeping on the very comfortable bed. Overall, it lived up to it's four star status with flying colors. The price was comparable to many hotels of a lower quality. The only thing I could see preventing this hotel from reaching a five star status is the small room size. If I was sharing my room with one person, I would have been fine. Anyone more than that would have been cramped. It was an exceptional hotel for the price and location.

Great location and a good price

This was our first trip to Boston and the Omni Parker House was perfect for us. The room was a little small but very clean and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great also. It was just a short walk from the subway station and right on the Freedom Trail. We would definitely stay there again.
