great time!!
Outstanding service,hosts,and wait staff went the extra mile.Restaurant was above average ,service outstanding. Only disappointment was $35 charge per day to park in garage,that seemed excessive.

An average, but overestimated hotel
overestimated, due to the brand that carries on. There was not something special in this hotel. It was away from any point of interest, and the shuttles that were supposed to be there every half (why half?) an hour were absent, so I had to use taxi for my transportation. The day that I left, due to maintenance problems of my flight, I had to stay in another hotel (Hilton), and although my room was... for people with special needs, still it had everything, plus free internet that Hayat does not offer for free, plus a shuttle every 15 minutes.

It's a good experience. Although the hotel is kind far from the subway station, it provided us free shuttle. There are not much restaurants or stores near the hotel, but the good thing is it's near MIT and it'squiet.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Pleasant staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Very friendly concierge and doorman! Took us a while to figure out the AC, which was a bit noisy with 74 degree setting (heat), however using OFF setting at night with the blanket found in the closet left us comfortable and cozy. I'd stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for a career conference. It was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and it was close to all the main streets. The room was very comfortable and the price wasnt bad at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is ot up to its former greatness - Needs updating, each day towels were removed and not replaced. We had to call and request new towels each night.

Great location and staff - amenities were a disappointment
There for business and enjoyed running along the Charles and easy access to Cambridge. Loved the Starbucks and market downstairs. The staff was very helpful and attentive to requests however, I had to ask for quite a few basic items that were missing (face clothes, caffeinated coffee, etc.). The wi-fi access and parking were both expensive. I requested a non-smoking room but it still smelled stale :( and the work-out facility was very outdated and not very clean (although I think they are renovating soon). It has great potential.

Good but no free internet
Love the location right on the Charles and food is decent. However, they dont offer free Internet anywhere in the hotel unless you happen to get someone nice at the front desk who gives you an access code.

River views and upscale comfort
This hotel is one of the better larger hotels I have experienced. The staff were lovely, the comfort and quiet excellent, and the views of Boston quite enticing. It is not located within walking distance of the T but they have an excellent free shuttle service to make up for that. I would stay there again, especially if I needed to be in Cambridge.
