Business Trip
The experience at this hotel was average. Most of the rooms face towards the atrium and the hotel looked tire. The Hyatt signage in the front was broken and had lights out.The room was clean and it's a good place to rest your head for a quick business trip, but not for a vacation. The picture quality of the TV in my room was not great. I stayed for one night and in the morning when I checked out the folio they had prepared automatically added a $5 bottled water added, which I hadn't taken. This hotel does not offer free wi-fi.

Good for the price
It was average. Not enough towels and water pressure in shower left alot to be desired. Got a discount on line for this hotel would never pay full price.

Great stay for any MIT trips
It was a good week stay, albeit no free wi-fi, which was discouraging given that even McDonald's gives free wi-fi these days, and no breakfast included, not even continental which would cost hotel approx. $2/guest.

Good Hotel
Location Location!! If you like to be close to the action of Central Square and DTWN Boston, this is the place. On a good day, you can walk/jog to great locations On a not so good day, the MBTA is a mile or less away and the free shuttle makes access easy.

Mother Daughter getaway
Hotel staff was awesome and extremely helpful, only complaint was they stated that breakfast was included when we arrived were told no. Overall great place to stay shuttle was a bonus.
