Great location, helpful staff

Not a great stay, but Cheap!

I rented this hotel for a weekend as I was attending a friends wedding in Martha's Vineyard. Our room was actually comfortable, however my friend's room smelled musty. Our shower head had almost no water pressure so taking a shower was difficult. The great thing about this hotel is that it is about a block away from Percy's Place, a great breakfast spot.

Average Motel

I stayed one night at this hotel. It was adequate, and the location was perfect for my purposes. It felt a bit like a cheap motel with outdated furnishings. Bathroom was somewhat updated. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Just ok.

Great Location

America's Best Value Inn isn't much to look at nor would I want to spend an extended stay there. However, if you are looking for just a night or two in downtown Hyannis close to the port etc. you can't beat the price.

Good for what it's worth

Stayed off season the other night. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no shower head but the beds were clean and comfy. A good place to rest your head for the night

Cape cod mall is just a short drive away also are the beaches and many seasonal shops on the streets of Hyannis.

Nice on a budget

The room was comfortable, hotel is in a good location, our wi-fi could never connect, but we would stay there again.

Great Value! Great Location!

Very nice, room was older but clean and comfortable. Beds were fine, bathroom was small but clean. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Overall an amazing value and a great location. We will be staying there next year.

Go whale watching. It was truly amazing. We did the Dolphin Fleet tour out of Provinctown and they were great!
