just O.K. for one night
The price is cheap. The staff is very nice. But room is too small and not clean. We found hairs on our beds. And much noisy, you could hear what your neighbors are doing.

Wish the swimming pool was open longer.10 am to 6pm is too short for a resort area hotel. Kitchenette is great but there was no cutlery or dishes ,pots so could really only use the fridge and coffee maker. Staff was very helpful.

Surprised
It was a surprise to me. Having to book a room on the last minute on Cape Cod can be very hard. This motel was very nice and clean. And for the money you can not go wrong.

Nice family....disgusting site...Dump
Runned down, old, disgusting...family very nice but different standards of "adequate"...I had to go to another expensive hotel that had an opening...2008 comments are a lie, wasted my money and time...HORRIBLE

This hotel really fit my need since it was the cheapest option and also the closest option to my destination. It is right on a major road, right off an exit. The only complaint I have is that the room lacked basic cheap shampoo, which I have come to expect.

weekend get-a-way
I went to the Budget Host in for a quiet weekend get-a-way with my sister, I had stayed at this hotel last year and had no problem with it, this year was a completely different experience. First the hotel was extrememly noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning and On my last night there i woke up to a bug crawling up my arm... That was the end of it for me i couldn't wait to get out of there. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all!
