Visiting family
Had a wonderful time. The pool area was nice. Could of been warmer in the pool area. Also, less kid bday parties on the weekends. There was at least 3 that i could see. They took over all the tables and chairs. Kept grabbing them and pushing them together making it hard for hotel stayers to sit and relax. Loved your bed pillows!! Would love to know where the hotel orders them from. Continental breakfast was great!! Could of used another wing back chair in our room instead of one. We had a room with king bed very comfy. Staff was wonderful!

Very adequate accomodations
We had an appointment at Mayo Clinic and found the motel shuttle there to be very convenient. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good. The pool and waterslide facilities would be great for a more leisurely visit, especially with kids. Overall, a decent place.

Mayo Clinic Stay
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is a quiet location, but convenient to a shopping mall. It has a transit bus that comes to the lobby on an established schedule for ease of access to the Mayo Clinic and other hospitals. The staff have been friendly and cooperative.

it's fine
Big clean room. close to Hwy 52, so the car/truck noise was high, but it didn't bother me. The pool/water park is great for kids all ages. The building has some years already and you can see it in the carpet, doors, light etc. Doesn't need an update, you just have to know what you pay for. I'd be back again.

Needs a little TLC
Carpets were not vacuumed often or well. Room temperature could not be regulated. Coffee packets not replaced daily. Bed not made well. This is an old property that needs some TLC and the cleaning crew doesn't seem up to the challenge. Price was right, and front desk staff was courteous.

Okay for most people
I liked the staff but when I got there they had no real control or anything as far as the pool goes. It was a pool and it had a waterslide (which I was unaware of until after I called down to confirm my room). The pool is a kiddy pool with the deepest place 4' 1" and the hot tub was overrun with very small children who was jumping in and ruining for everyone else. If you have any handicapes, it is not prepared for you at all. They have a free transport to the Mayo Clinic but it is not handicapped accessable as it is not close to the clinic (about 10 miles). There is a van there that is a handicap van but it is full of things being stored and inoperable. The staff was Great. They tried to their very best to accomidate our needs but, with the facility the way they were, they were restrained by circumstance. They hav a

A Great Stay
Great Experience
It was my first trip to Rochester for a visit to the Mayo Clinic with my son. Shuttle bus to the Mayo Clinic was a bonus and the pool was great to come back to after a long day at the hospital. Room was very decent size, bed wasnt the most comfortable but overall it felt like home away from home. I will be staying again for my next visit.
