Great bang for the buck !

Friendly staff was very friendly and the accomodations more than adequate. The kids loved the food bar for evening and breakfast meals, and of course the pool. Everything located just a few steps from our door. Parking was easy and checkin was a breeze. We will definitely use this hotel again.

A Little Jewel in Downtown St. Louis

Each year (for the past 8 or 9 years) six of my friends and I have tried to take a trip together. Sometimes not all of the six are able to travel because we are all 73 yrs. old and have known each other since the 7th grade. This year, it was suggested that we try to make the location somewhere "central" and the question was asked, "Is St. Louis central?" Since you do not get more central than that (we are scattered from Arizona to Pennsylvania to Texas), we agreed to "Meet Me in St. Louis." The Drury Inn CVC was recommended because of its location right in the heart of downtown. WOW were we lucky. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. I have never stayed in a hotel where you could eat two solid meals a day for free if you wanted, plus park your car and enjoy three free drinks each day during happy hour(s). We were a little doubtful when we discovered that there was no shuttle to the hotel from the airport, but with what we saved on meals and parking, the cab fare was a breeze. This is a little jewel and I will not trade it for any of the multi-story Drury Inns in St. Louis. Hope to be able to go back soon.

Eat in the Italian restaurant in the basement of the hotel. The pasta is fresh and was the best we found in town (including The Hill!).

4th of July get away

Everything was good till it started raining and the roof started leaking. Other than that the staff was very up beat and they kick butt on the free amenities.

Perfect Way to Relax After a Long Drive

As soon as we got here, there was free hot food and free cocktails! It was so relaxing. We went to city museum at night and it was the coolest thing I have ever done!!! We had planned to visit the bars but ended up playing like kids until 1 am! The city garden is awesome too. The arch tram closes at five so we couldn't get to it that night but it was cool to see.

Great Stay!

This hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway. My wife and I had no reason to go to St. Louis other than to explore - and with Drury's location adjacent to Laclede's Landing, and a short walk to the Lumiere Casino and Gateway Arch, we couldn't ask for more!

Not for Rams fans

Check in was great. The staff was superb. The location directly across the street from the Edwards Jones Dome was good as well. But thats where it ended. The 'suite' was two very small rooms. The bed was too soft. The pillows uncomfortable. There was no room service. There were no movies to watch. The website boasted Flat Panel LCD TV's, but only local channels in HD. Also, the free parking ends on check out. If you are there for a game and arent staying the night of the game, you have to move your car to another level and pay $25 for the 3 hour game.

Stay at the Lumier. There is a walk way to the stadium underground, and you'll have more to do the night before.
