Drury Inn and Suites St Louis CVC

The hotel is in a great location for walking to all the local attractions. Staff is great!!! Would recommend it if you want great service, easy access and clean. Breakfast is a full breakfast, snacks fro 3:00 to 10:00 pm, managers reception with heavy snacks and drinks each evening. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples for families. Will book this hotel again.

The hotel was set up strange. The actual rooms were on top of the parking garage. That wasn't a problem really, but the staff thinking you are breaking into the place definitely was! We came in from the Cardinals game and a young man staffer came up to us and said, "Hey, Hey, where you goin'? There ain't nothin' over there!" We explained that we were looking for the bathroom lobby and going to our rooms. He then asked us accusingly if we were guests and if we had room cards...as if we were lying. We showed him our cards and said we were guests and he showed us how to get to our strangely located rooms only accessible apparently through the keyed elevator. He was very rude and this was the second time we thought this about the staff. When we got there to check-in, a woman yelled to the back that guests were here and another woman came out to help us. She was very rude saying that she was on her break and another employee was supposed to be up here. We felt as if we were in the middle of a staff argument or something. I didn't really care who was helping us as long as someone did, and it made me uncomfortable that this person was that upset with her co-worker in front of us. Just not professional! The picture of the front makes the lobby look very regal and large, but in actuality it is dated and uninviting. I won't be staying here again. The casino was right across the street though and the Cardinals game WAS within walking distance, but a little far compared to the review I read on here before I booked. I probably picked the wrong Drury to stay at because there is one right across from the stadium. This one IS NOT that one. And now, I think I'm ruined on this chain due to this, my first, stay at a Drury.

My granddaughter had to check in at that hotel for National Guard. I didn't like the idea of being downtown St. Louis but had no choice. We had a very nice stay. The staff was very nice especially the lady that showed me how to get to Target for something my granddaughter needed. Very good directions.

My husband and I chose to stay at the Drury Inn and Suites due to the location of the hotel. It is located right next to the Edward Jones Dome. This was also are first trip to St. Louis; the staff made our experience enjoyable and convenient. When we arrived, there was a someone to give us directions to the parking garage, and from there we checked in. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and our overall experience was more than expected. Our room was ready and the staff was great.

Part of why I keep going back to this Drury is the exceptional staff, especially the front desk help. They are the best!

We checked in at around 3:00pm and was glad there was a parking garage because all the other parking around St. Louis was $10.00 lots. So the parking saved us money because everything was within a few blocks from our hotel. Easy access to the interstate from the downtown area was also a plus. The hotel inside was A+ had no problems at all with any of it.
