Anniversary weekend

We arrived to check in at 5 pm, and were told the rooms were not ready, which should've been ready by 3 pm. We were told it could be a couple of hours because we were put on a waiting list and there were three people before us. This was frustrating after a long day and wanting to relax. In their favor, there was a restaurant right next door so we went there to eat. After waiting 3 hours, we finally checked in after 8 pm. The room was fantastic and luxurious. The breakfast was a free hot/cold buffet. It was lovely. The hotel made up their flaws to us by giving us a free night's stay at any Hyatt. Overall, other than the wait for check-in, it was a nice stay.

Great nights rest

This is my second stay and not my last I have always had a great night staying here. Staff,room, and the comfort level have always been high standards here.

Hyatt Place RaleighNorth

Great stay for my husband and myself. We worked a 15-hour day ( wedding photographers ) and arrived at the hotel after midnight. There was an issue with our A/C unit, but the staff immediately assisted us and moved us quickly to a better room. Very helpful, very attentive.

Good (short) stay

The room was spacious, the bathroom was not, the bed was relatively comfortable, nice flat screen TV. Free breakfast was actually very nice, not just stale muffins, cereal, etc. Location to downtown Raleigh was great, can't beat the price.

Very pleased

Although the bathroom was a little small, the spaciousness of the main room was great. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of pillows. Ironing boards was a life saver. I couldn't believe that I could get a latte and snack 24/7. Staff was very friendly. It was very easy to get there from the airport as it was right off of a major highway. I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book it again.

Great location for a fun weekend

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Room was clean and hotel was well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Bahama Breeze, great Caribbean restaurant that couldn't be closer. Great place to spend the evening, popular night life with awesome food!

Great weekend stay

I had to come to town from Atlanta, and booked the room there. it was great, rooms very clean, hotel staff was great. I have had better complimentary breakfast but everything was good.
