Courtyard by Marriott Atlantic City

Friendly and helpful staff, and nice if small rooms, but the in-house restaurant only serves BREAKFAST. It is a long, rather dark block to the boardwalk. The only in-house food source is a little shop with snack bags, canned food, etc., and a microwave. Also, there is no pool (indoor or outdoor). Considering the price of the room, we found these omissions surprising and would not stay there again, although the hotel is otherwise attractive.

The hotel was clean and at an affordable rate and the customer service was awesome. I think that guests should have the option for self parking or valet parking.

Only stayed overnight on the way back home. Did not have time to take advantage of all the amenities that were offered. The breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced. Was impressed with the service, the overall look and quality of the hotel, everything exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay here if we return to Atlantic City.

When booking was assured that parking was in a secure lot with all that entails. That was reaffirmed when we checked in. Our car was broken into our last nite there and Marriotts position is its not thier problem even though the break-in occured on their property. Here we are checking out, standing in the lobby with packed bags and two nine yr olds, a two yr old, my wife & myself and the front desk didn't offer any help at all. Went home in a rental, my car didn't arrive home till 1:00am that evening.( Still with the broken window & glass inside )When we contacted Marriott to complain about thier fraudulent security claims, Hugh Chandler, General Manager responded that the situation was the sole responsibility of the valet service. Thats funny since I thought I was staying at the Marriott, not the valet service hotel. My family was staying at their hotel with a rather large number of other families ( all going to the same yearly cheerleader tournament )so its obvious Marriott could care less about its guests.

My friends and I needed a room for a bachelor party I was hosting in AC. We had no problem at check in. The the only parking option they had was 10.95 valet parking for $24 hours which includes unlimited use of your car. To me, that was a great deal. The room was impeccable. The bathroom was very well done. We got a room with 2 double beds. It was decently sized and had a flat screen tv in the room! We didn't spend too much time as we were out and about having fun! The hotel is a short walk from the boardwalk which was perfect us! Our check-in time was originally 4pm. I called up 2 days before and asked if early check-in options were available and they said they could do 2pm. We ended up getting there at 1:15 and they had no problem checking us into a room. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. I only wish the price was cheaper but prices in AC are generally inflated.

Overall the stay was great! Had a minor Issue with someone at the front desk who clearly had no clue how to check us in! and when I returned home I noticed some extra charges on my card........So in summary i'd say the hotel was nice!( very clean, Modern decor).The saff could be trained better! Valet guys excellent!

This was a weekend out with friends/couples. We had a wonderful time The one disappointment about the hotel was the fact that they do not provide small perks, example- free parking pass to casino hotels for their guests, and or perhaps a continental bfast. The hotel itself is clean and staff is polite.

Nothing special..pay the extra $$ for the real experience.

My husband and I visit Ac offten. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. It has been the best. Rooms were immaculate, the hotel lobby is inviting with a fire place, a lounge with free coffee and tea. big screen tv. Even an area with computers, phones and a printer all for free. Everyone was so nice and we will deffinitly return :)
