Family vacation
Hotel was very clean. Staff was nice and very helpful with the best way to get to NY. Most comfortable bed I have slept in. Only complaint is we did not get the 4.00 am wake up call we requested.

Great for our short stay and need to sleep well. Came from Europe, slept early and got up even earlier. Would recommend to anybody.

Very nice hotel, good service,but hard to find the way to ger there. If you drive, make sure that you have enough time.

Flying From EWR
We spent one night before our morning flight from EWR at the Fairfield Inn. The room was comfortable and well appointed(coffee, internet, toiletries, etc.). The shuttle service to EWR was convenient and the driver helpful and courteous. The pool/ exercise area was adequate though the jacuzzi was not in service during our brief stay. We would stay there again.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast had a nice selection. No restaurant on premisis so make sure eat before you get there. They do have delivery menus for you to choose from. Don't get the chinese,dry and tasteless.

Great but couldn't find it.
Great hotel once I got a room. They lost my reservation but upgraded me to a nice suite. COULD NOT FIND THIS HOTEL! VERY HARD TO GET TO. TERRIBLE DIRECTIONS. You will get lost. I spent an hour trying to find it while literally passing it on the highway many times. You can see it but cannot get to it.

Decent airport hotel choice
The A/C unit was broken. Called the front desk and they sent in a technician in about 20 minutes. The problem was rectified. Otherwise, everything was good. Breakfast was laid out starting at 5.45am which was really nice for people with early morning departures out of Newark.
