The Steakhouse is also the home of the Sterling Brunch - Champagne, Sturgeon caviar, and lobster mingle with freshly prepared sushi, omelets, and beef tenderloin, with tempting desserts and time-appropriate drinks: mimosas, anyone?
- Chang's at Bally's
- This authentic Asian eatery is among the most traditional Chinese restaurants in all of Nevada! With an expansive menu that features more than fifty (50!) selections from the Far East. Offering all the selections of a traditional coffee house - drips and decafs, lattes and blends - as well as a full line of juices, soft drinks, and fruit smoothies and assorted baked goods, made fresh daily.
- Sully's
- The open-air feel and additional seating area of Sully's Bar makes this watering hole an ideal meeting spot. Lined with built-in video-gaming machines (with five different modes of play) and overhead video screens, Sully's is an entertaining place to recharge, refresh, and regroup.
- Terrace Cafe
- Refuel the body after a long day of swimming at this poolside caf that specializes in short-order snacks.

- Introduce yourself to a Japanese tradition by sampling the sushi at our authentic Japanese restaurant. The rotating sushi bar presents selections that gently glide by your chop sticks. Traditional table seating provides access to the sushi menu as well as selections of popular Japanese dishes, including Soba and Udon noodles. Beer and sake have been imported from the Far East to highlight the flavor of each dish and round out your cultural dining experience.
- al Dente
- Taste the robust flavor of the Old World at this Italian ristorante that blends traditional Sicilian preparation with contemporary, continental flair. Classic dishes such as lasagna, spaghetti Bolognese, and capellini with lobster tails are lightly seasoned to provide a full-bodied flavor and deliver more than a hint of elegance. Perfected Italian desserts and coffees round out the ample menu, and a full range of imported European wines are available to compliment any meal. Buono appetito!

Not impressed
Before we left for vegas I called to reserve a room. I specifically requested a king bed and was told we would have one. When we got to vegas at 2:00 am the line took over an hour because there was 1 (very slow)person working the counter. When we got up to the desk the lady said something about a queen size bed- i told her that we had requested a king and she continued to tell me "no ma'am". That was it. I continued to discuss this with her and that was the extent of her response. "no ma'am". I finally was mad and told her she was right I am making this all up for kicks and giggles and that yes I was lying to her about this! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We went to our room and it was extremely loud. Our neighbor was listening to the tv way too loud and we could not get to sleep (in our queen bed!) The room was not anything special at all. The bathroom was really nice and updated however the water pressure was awful. We did go talk to the front desk manager in the morning because of the bad check in experience we had earlier and she did bump us to a suit for the night at no charge. It was really nice with a double jaccuzzi tub. We will not be staying here again however. For the price we paid we expected the hotel to be very nice. We spent a lot less at a hotel a little further down the strip and it was immaculate and we felt so pampered to be staying there. We regretted not going to that hotel from the minute we stepped into bally's. We thought we would splurge this time and stay here and it was by far a bad decision! The room was old and outdated. The service the first night was incredibly poor! We thought based on the location that this hotel would be really nice and it was not. There are definately nicer hotels at cheaper prices on the strip!

VALET PEOPLE!! We love valet. We end up spending about 50 dollars or so through out our whole stay but it doesn't take us 3 miles to get into a hotel. We are dropped right at the main doors and picked up right at the main doors and we give maybe 3 bucks at each pick up. It's so so nice. Once we started doing that we wondered why we never did this before!

Big Room!
Hotel is fine - and the rooms are big. There's no lobby which is a bit shabby. The worst part if that they won't even let you pay for a coffee maker - you have to 'win' one by gambling a fortune. Ridiculous.

I think the hotel was marginal at best. It is in need of upgrading. Shower leaked. I informaed maintenance and nothing was done. Tile in the shower was dingy. I would not recommend.

Ballys Las Vegas
The room was very large (450 sq feet) as described on the website. However, the pictures on-line of the room and the room we stayed in were like two different hotels. The tv sat on an old coffee table and the dresser looked like it had been picked up at a garage sale. I could have stayed at the Super 8 a couple blocks away and gotten the same room for a cheaper price. I was the one who insisted on staying at Ballys when my friends wanted to stay elsewhere because I thought it would be such a great hotel but I was embarrassed by the room and will never stay there again. I travel very often and was disappointed that the website did not accurately reflect the rooms. Next time I will pay a little more to stay at Caesars or Paris or a like hotel.

Rent a car. The food on the strip is ridiculously expensive and if you just drive 5-10 minutes away into the suburbs of Las Vegas you will get some amazing meals very reasonably priced and also avoid long waiting lines to eat.

You don't get what you pay for!
When I booked the rooms I needed I asked for two rooms on the same floor but not adjacent. When I arrived it took an extra five minutes for the clerk to find two rooms on the same floor. I was tired I had driven 450 miles. The cafe was closed when I arrived at 7:30 pm and I choose to eat at the tequila bar. Big mistake! The food was awful and EXPENSIVE! Coffee was 2.99 a cup. No thanks! I will not be going back!

Not all that I expected
My wife and I have been to Vegas for about ten other vacations in the past but not in the past three years and were surprised to find the downturn in open shops and low staff numbers in Bally's and other places as well. We enjoyed our stay but feel that the newcomers we met didn't or won't experience near the amazing things we saw that were available to the average folks.
