When Paris Las Vegas debuted in the summer of 1999, its distinctive Eiffel Tower and French-inspired sensibilities immediately became a signature part of the Sin City skyline. The Las Vegas hotel offers a variety of quaintly European-inspired suites and rooms, aimed at replicating the romance of Paris while being conveniently located in the heart of Vegas. Head to the top of the half-scale replica Eiffel Tower for enticing views across the Strip, a romantic spot where couples frequently exchange vows - and rings - to tie the knot. The Paris is also great for businesspeople, with a business center and 140,000-square-feet of convention space offered on site.

Key facts
  • 2,916 guestrooms
  • 140,000-square-feet of convention space
  • Health spa and sauna

Neighborhood
Guests of the Paris will find themselves in close proximity to some of the greatest shows in town. Le Theatre des Arts features seven performances a week of lively Broadway shows, and guests seeking more of a "rock 'n' roll" vibe will find it right next door, at Planet Hollywood. For a slightly more cultured Vegas vacation, head to the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, or watch marine animals frolic at Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay.
Hints and tips
Chef Gordon Ramsay's steak restaurant offers fine dining and tender meats amid a very British atmosphere - the ceiling is decorated with a Union Jack flag. For a more distinctly Parisian evening, Mon Ami Gabi dishes up tasty European fare and is celebrated for its delicious French onion soup.

Birthday getaway

This hotel is centrally located on the strip. We used the pool and dined at a couple restaurants inside. We liked the access to the monorail station at Bally's behind the Paris hotel.

Great location on the Strip and Nice Rooms; Staff underwhelming

My wife and I wanted a rare getaway and we recently did so at the Paris Las Vegas. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located on the new high-density area of the Las Vegas strip. The casino is very nice. We saw Jersey Boys, which we would have seen anywhere on the Strip, but it was right there at Paris. The room was quiet and comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Regarding staff: I had to pick up our keys from the front desk since we got there earlier than check-in, and had left my wallet with my wife at the pool, bringing only my ID. I was told by the staff: surprise! You need to have brought payment, too, because of the resort fee. The staff member was quite rude about it and did not accept the credit card on the reservation, or that I could pay or provide the credit card later. I told her I didn't think I was treated very hospitably in this process. I am rather disappointed in having to have to pay for a "resort fee" when I am paying for the room already, and told her that, which she dismissed as wishful thinking, even though I have never previously been to a hotel that has this, and I travel a fair bit. Overall, though, because of the wonderful location, great restaurants, shows, and gambling nearby, I would recommend the hotel.

Short Trip

The staff is kind but they all have diff ent answers for everything. There were stains and holes on my sheets and the room was sub par for what I paid. I specifically stayed here for the pool and location which were both great but when I wanted to go to the pool before 3pm check in they were going to charge me admission or charge me for early checkin when I already had a paid for reservation. So I had to wait til 3pm to be poolside. I just expected more for what I paid.

Vegas stay was A-OK

If you're looking for something in the middle of the action Paris is a good choice. If you are looking for a quieter atmosphere you may want to stay at the serene Bellagio or at MGM towards the end of the strip. If you're looking for some smoke-free options we found a smoke free corridor in the Pallazzo casino.

Las Vegas in 12 Hours

We had an overnight stop in Vegas on the way from Utah to California and wanted to make as much as possible out of our visit, particularly as we hadn't been in Vegas before. The location was ideal, right across from the Bellagio, the Casino was fun and the staff were great. They recommended a restaurant and we took things from there. As it was a quick stop we can't comment on the rest of the hotel but enjoyed a coue of hours by the pool and a quick breakfast in one of the French patisseries. Managed to see lots due to the location of the hotel and found Paris Las Vegas to be an ideal stop over.

Not As Good as Promised

First, we had paid for a king bed and when we got there we were told that they only had two queens. Then they hit us with the additional 20 dollars a nite resort fee ,that we were unaware of prior to making the reservation. The rooms carpet was old and needed to be replaced and the wall paper was torn at one site. Overall, it was just an average place to stay NOT what we were expecting staying in a Ceasars managed company !

Quick Vegas Vacation

During our stay, the first night hot water went out but didn't notice that it was an issue right away. The next morning noticed it and it took 3 calls and around an hour for a guy to come to the room and after 5 minutes got hot water back. Later that evening there was no hot water again. Went down and was promptly given a new room. There is a $22/day resort fee that isn't mentioned on this site. For the hot water issue I was able to at least get that resort fee waived as compensation. Overall was an ok stay but wasn't anything special either.
