Like a world unto itself, Planet Hollywood Resort Casino encompasses a dramatic metropolitan resort with a chic, high-energy gaming floor (one of the first with sexy dealers), theaters, lounges, restaurants, a spa by Mandara and the Miracle Mile Shops. Former Playmate Holly Madison's "Peepshow" revue takes off nightly, not far from Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo Cantina, Pink's famous hot dogs and the sultry Strip House for steaks. Not surprisingly, movie premieres, filmings and star sightings are common here.

It was below expectations.
We parked at self park carpark and pulled our luggages across the mall just to find where to check in. There was no clear signages to direct us and we had to circle the mall and asked around to figure out. Hotel room was normal, good enough for 1 night but would not stay longer.

Nice Location
Worst run casino I have ever been in. 25.00 mim for three card poker at 3:00 am As soon as we checked in we were approached by a sells rep. offering free food and show tickets in exchange for listening to a 90 min. sells pitch on time shares. High pressure sells worst than car sellsman. Want ever stay at this place again.

basic hotel
we were there for New Year. despite booking PF CHang's restaurant within the hotel for 8.15pm , we had a 1.15minute wait and it totally spoiled the evening - service was rushed, there was no N ew Year 'spirit' - truly awful.

un secure place to stay
the hotel its a nice plac to stay but a could not recommend it cause its security system, it doesnt work to the costumers, someone stole my sister handbag and nobody do nothing in the hotel. so if u wanna play at the casino u are on ur own, cause theres not someone watching for your safety.

birthday trip to vegas!
PLANET HOLLYWOOD IS A REALLY NICE CASINO AND RESORT BUT THE CHECK IN LINE WAS REALLY LONG. THE PERSON THAT HELPED US CHECK IN DIDNT EXPLAIN THUROUGHLY ABOUT ANY DETAILS. WE ASKED IF ANY MONEY WAS GOING TO BE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCT OR HAVE A HOLD ON ANYTHING AND SHE SAID THAT THERE WAS NONE AND TO LATER FIND OUT THAT THEY CREDITED MY ACCT $100. SO WE WENT TO THE MAIN LOBBY AND ASKED THE SHOW PROMOTERS IF THEY KNEW ANYTHING AND THE LADY DIDNT SO SHE POINTED FOR US TO GO THRU THE VIP LINE SINCE IT WAS JUST A QUESTION AND WHEN A LADY SAW US IN LINE, SHE YELLED TO US OVER CUSTOMERS THAT SHE WAS HELPING, THAT SHE WAS CLOSED AND WE JUST STATED THAT WE HAD A SMALL QUESTION TO ASK AND SHE TOLD US WITH THE MOSE DISRESPECTED ATTITUDE THAT HER CUSTOMERS SHE HAD WAS HER LAST PEOPLE TO HELP CUZ SHE WAS CLOSED SO WHEN SHE HELPED US WE ASKED FOR THE MGR AND STILL ASKED WHAT IT WAS REGARDS TO STILL WITH THE SAME ATTITUDE. THE MGR CAME OUT AND APOLOGIZED ON HER BEHALF AND JUST SAID THAT HE WAS GONNA HAVE A TALK WITH HER AND THATS ALL!! NO COMPLIMENTARY ANYTHING! NO NOTHING!! Wow, not what I was hoping for!
We had a long walk from self parking to the hotel. The halls in the hotel were dirty. The room charge did not include the internet or the weight room. To workout it was $25 extra a day. What a joke. The rooms were OK. They didn't have a fridge. I would try somewhere else next trip.

The Moment of Truth
We experienced a really slow check - in process, considering there were like 4-5 staff at the reception area. We were so excited to try out the buffet that was tagged as the #1 in las vegas, again the slow queue, then the ladies who help sit us were also somewhat low in energy - like they were more disappointed than happy to have customers.

The Tones
NOT IMPRESSED!
The worst and slowest service I've ever experienced ANYWHERE!!! From waiting in line to check in to trying to call the front desk, it was so slooooooow. Staff varied, but definetely understaffed. Room was fine, but had hot water only 30% of the stay. Ventilation in the Casino was bad. It was very smokey even by Vegas standards. The pool is lame. Prive was also closed.

Great location/party hotel
The hotel was in a great location on the strip, it was nice to be able to walk everywhere and it was attached to a mall. The first room we were assigned was small and we were told the view was great. The view was of a roof top and a small section of the view was of the strip.After switching rooms, the new room was spacious and comfortable otherwise with a better view. At night, the casino turns into a nightclub setting making it unenjoyable to gamble. My boyfriend and I couldn't even have a conversation with eachother over the loud music. I would recommend Planet Hollywood to young people not looking to go to Vegas to relax. The pool area was small and a large section of the pool area wasn't even near the pool. You have to get to the pool by 9am to get a good spot, and the sun doesnt even hit the pool until around 10am. The music at the pool is on full blast also, so don't plan on getting a rest there either.
