RUDE AND POORLY MANAGED
PLANET HOLLYWOOD IS AWFUL . IN TODAY'S ECONOMY YOU WOULD THINK THE EMPLOYEES WOULD BE THANKFUL FOR GUESTS; NOT SO AT PLANET HOLLYWOOD. THE CHECK IN PERSONNEL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE IMPOLITE -- DOWN RIGHT RUDE WOMEN. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN NOR WOULD I SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE. IT IS DARK, DINGY .

Rude Staff
The Planet Hollywood Hotel in las Vegas tho a great location still needs to work on the friendliness and overall staff quality. Felt like they thought they were doing me a favor allowing me to stay there. Valet parkers were very rude. Would never stay there again unless it was dirt cheap.

Great Strip Location & Value
This was our first time staying at Planet Hollywood. The hotel & casino has a great strip location, close to restaurants, shopping, other casinos, etc. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the casino as there are many different areas to explore within in the casino with different music, games, etc. Our hotel room (Kurt Russell theme) on the 28th floor was spacious and had a very quiet location which we enjoyed. My husband of course loved the flat screen TV. I liked that we each had a separate closet for our hanging clothes and there were enough drawers for all of our other items. The large bathroom makes it easy for 2 to be using at the same time and not get in each other's way. My only complaint was the extra charge ($14/day) for internet access. We go to Vegas at least once a year and we would stay at Planet Hollywood again.

Great location, not so great service
I had a very unpleasant experience at the Spa in Planet Hollywood (not affiliated with the hotel). When I complained to the hotel manager about the experience he stated there was nothing he could do for me, that this was a matter for the spa manager. I doubt that there was nothing he could do to make me happy but he chose to do nothing. Room was clean, had to ask for bathroom supplies, pool was nice. Very convenient location on the strip. So-so service.

Exciting as a first stay!
The Planet Hollywood Resort was beautiful. Not only did it have a great room, it was also worth the price. I would say the room service was a little bit pricey $57 for 2 chicken ceasar salads and 2 chicken noodle soups, but you can always go down stairs and enjoy the many different dining options. I liked the fact that on the last day, we were able to relax in the heart bar after checking out until we actually left. There is a lot to do here and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this stay. It was only my 21st bday and I felt like royalty staying here.

affordable luxury
Stayed here once before and thought it was in a great location. The room is very nice with a great bathroom and nice flat screen tv. My only complaint is there is no fridge or coffee machine. Liked the planet hollywood themes in the room although my previous stay it was still the Aladdin which I preferred. Had dinner at the Spice Market Buffet. Did not care for the constant music in elevators etc. Might appeal to the younger crowd but we found it irritating. Other than that, a great hotel.

Lots of Fun
The Planet Hollywood Las Vegas is a great hotel resort. The transformation from the Aladdin where I have stayed to the now Hollywood atmosphere is well done. A fun place to stay and within close proximity to everything Las Vegas has to offer. One word describes it best, Fabulous.

Thiry-somthings
The property is very nice and the location is perfect. Even the standard rooms are nicer than some of the upgraded rooms of other hotels on the strip. The front desk and housekeeping personnel were very friendly and helpful. The casino on the otherhand seemed to be understaffed and many employees seemed like they really rather be somewhere eles. The place is great for the single 30 somthings. If only they could move one of them to the center strip.
