The service is as gracious as any down Mexico way. The kitchen puts a deliciously inventive spin on all your favorite Mexican dishes. And the list of tequilas goes on like there's no maana.

Not for Kids or Families
I would not recommend this hotel to families, females or anyone other than single men. It was not designed for children as you have to walk thru the casino to get anywhere and there are almost nude girls dancing on "stripper poles" throughout. Door in bathroom didn't work properly. Light not working. Requested refrigerator and had to call back three times over six hours to get it delivered to the room.

Planet Hollywood
I would NOT recommend Planet Hollywood. The room was dirty and the maid service was horrible. The bed was super old/uncomfortable and the room was sooo dark!! there was literally no difference if the lights were on or off. TV was in awkward position in room.

Gambling with Your Stomach
I wasn't looking for luxury, just a safe, quiet place to stay. It wasn't. But it wasn't expensive and it was near Shopping! The casino was boring and jammed with 'Americana'. The slot machines are cool, but the dealers are austere and have no command of the English language. I made the mistake of eating food at Planet Hollywood...The first night, room-service brought me bad oysters. On the second day I opted for their "Planet Dailies" coffee shop. It took my server an hour to bring me lunch. The chicken was luke warm and pink inside....Yeah, food isn't Planet Hollywood's forte. But you don't really go to Vegas for food and a nice nap. Thanks to Orbitz, it was inexpensive. A nightmare, but cheap.

do not stay here
this was my fourth visit to vegas but my last to planet hollywood, around every corner was a staff member not waiting to help, but trying to entice you with discount tickets to shows. this sounds ok but once you pay(a non-refundable ammount((ours was $20))they tell you that you have to go to a time share seminar to recieve your tickets. the whole experience felt dirty. the buffet food was overpriced, under cooked, and way below even fast food standards. do not stay here!

Planet Hollywood and Prive-OVERRATED
Got VIP admission to Prive and then our group of 15 was moved to the bar since we were not drinking fast enough to satisfy the VIP requirements. Club staff was rude and unlike any other clubs we have visited in Vegas previously. Won't go back to Prive or spend my money at Planet Hollywood again! It also took me over an hour to check into my room. They had 5 people at the check in counter on a Saturday afternoon with a big boxing match in town! For the same amount of money I would rather stay at the Venetian or Mandalay Bay!!!

Bad experience...
We arrived at 10:30pm at night for a late check-in, which was noted on the reservation. Upon check-in their were no non-smoking rooms available. The one they originally had us booked in had a broken shower head. We had the option of taking the non-smoking with the broken shower head or a smoking room. We chose the later. I will say the smoking room was clean and did not smell like smoke which was great. In addition, the draw to booking PH was the special offer they had regarding a free bottle of alcohol each night you stayed with them. I had inquired upon check-in how to cash in on this deal and they said it was no longer being offered. It was only due to me having a printed version of my confirmation that they honored the commitment to the special offer after they spoke with a manager. Once all things were settled, the rest of the weekend was fine. First impressions are everything though and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Las Vegas in the future.

Disappointed
Location is great. FRont Desk staff at check in not helpful when we called about TV not turning on... Bathroon was sort of clean. Paint peeling in shower and I think there was mold on wall as well. Peeling paint on front of sink area. Two people in room why not two sinks... It was dusty... One box of tissues only? bar soap was miniscule

Not a good stay
Our room was never cleaned, all they ever did was replace towels and make bed. Never cleaned any garbage up and even one day we put the garbage (cups and newspapers) on a table and left a note to please take and they didn't even take the garbage. We didnt get our water replenished like promised either. this was my 4th time in vegas in 16 months and by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Before here was circus circus, mgm grand, mandalay bay, and the staff and service at circus circus was way better than planet hollywood. I would never recomend anyone to stay here or would I ever stay here again.

Terribly unorganized
When we arrived at Planet Hollywood to check in, we found out our room had been given away. We were in Vegas for a wedding with family coming in from all over the country and we did not have a room. The staff did find a room for us in a better hotel, but the damage was already done. As a preferred guest I assumed I would have a room, especially since I had made reservations 6 weeks in advance. The best part was when the rest of our family arrived later in the day, they were told they had their choice of rooms to pick from!!
