Meet Tinseltown and the sleek home of Holly Madison's Peepshow

Like a world unto itself, Planet Hollywood Resort Casino encompasses a dramatic metropolitan resort with a chic, high-energy gaming floor (one of the first with sexy dealers), theaters, lounges, restaurants, a spa by Mandara and the Miracle Mile Shops. Former Playmate Holly Madison's "Peepshow" revue takes off nightly, not far from Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo Cantina, Pink's famous hot dogs and the sultry Strip House for steaks. Not surprisingly, movie premieres, filmings and star sightings are common here.

Highlights

  • Gordon Ramsay Burger opening in December 2012 in the "High Limit" area near Cabo Wabo and Starbucks
  • Dramatic Planet Hollywood rooms with genuine movie props
  • Holly Madison's sexy Peepshow, an erotic musical revue
  • Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo Cantina
  • Home to the Miracle Mile Shops with 170 top retail venues and 15 restaurants

The 13' margarita fountain, the fun-loving crowd, and the cool and energetic colors of the dining room all serve notice that this urbane cantina is a little different from what you'll find anywhere else in Las Vegas. The service is as gracious as any down Mexico way. The kitchen puts a deliciously inventive spin on all your favorite Mexican dishes. And the list of tequilas goes on like there's no maana.
Gordon Ramsey Burger
Expanding as quickly as possible Chef Ramsay will also be opening Gordon Ramsay Burger in the Planet Hollywood in December of 2012. The restaurant will be in the old High Limit area near Cabo Wabo and Starbucks.

westage towers....

horrible experience, the westgate tower are supposed to be a high end hotel, and they obviously opened too soon as everything was a giant screw up, from room service, to maids, to calling cabs to get to the convention, to bell boys>>>the rooms are small and none of them come with double queens, you get a pull out sofa, that is uncomfortable, and the the maids don't seem to be able to put back in the sofa position...lost and found keeps giving me the run around, i was hung up 3 times after being put on hold... I STRONGLY advise against staying at the westgate towers, and would definitely give a minus star rating if it was possible.

"Won't go back"

We stood in line to check in for 70 minutes. When finally made it to our room for the first time, we found a dirty sock lying on the floor. The spa experience was also a disappointment. I want to pay for the actual pampering in the spa, not the Spa's products. Later we went to get ice and the machine was broken. Couldn't get a cup of coffee(gratis) after losing a quick $200 at a blackjack table. No wonder they had to sell to Harrah's.

Worst place ever to stay!

I would never stay at PH again. There web site was misleading rooms were nothing like what was pictured or descibed, rooms were dark and musky. Staff was rude and slow. Would take 30 minutes to get car from valet.

Less then we expected!

After a long day of traveling we waiting in line for a 1/2 hour to check in. The clerk is typing away and finally tells us that she sees our reservation but does not have a room for us!! 3 other people were next to us at the counter and had the same experience. all 3 clerks came back and gave the other 2 couples an upgrade. Our clerk gave us an attitude and said she found us a room finally. We were upse for the service so the clerk started to slamm items around as she checked us in! All of the ammenties in the room for nice, however the pool was deserted! All the services by there was closed and the 'cold' hottub closed by 4!!

Pass the Planet

I would not recommend Planet Hollywood to any of my friends after the check-in experience. A one and half hour check-in wait is totally unacceptable. We arrived on a Friday evening around 12:30 am. The front desk had only 2 people to check-in the numerous guests. When we inquired about a room upgrade, the staff could not provide anything except a waiver for a $6.00 resort fee! Although the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, I would never return due to this poor service.

I did not care for the Planet Hollywood

The first room was very small.. Had to request larger one. There were only 2 lamps in either of the rooms, I think w/ 25watt bulbs. I had to request 3 lamps so that we could read (still not very bright) There was no coffee maker in the room. ** The fitness center cost was $25.00 a day. We had a no smoking room, The beding in the room smelled of smoke and the minute you opened the room door it smelled of smoke... We did get a paper every day ! The cost of using the business center for e mail is $5.00 per hour. Bring your laptop

Disapointed in our room and the service

First off, I was disapointed that I did not get a non Smoking room. Once we got in our room there were only two towls. It took four calls requesting more towels before we actually got them. Our door did not lock when we excited the room unless we jiggeled the handle multiple times from the inside and then run out to shut the door. All while hoping that the door finally locks. The worst was our last night was on a Sunday evening and our neighbors were so loud that I called security multiple times and when they came up. NOTHING was done about it. I ended up with only 3 hours of sleep before I had to catch my flight. I would NEVER stay at Planet Hollywood again.

Poor Experience

Had trouble finding the entrance to the resort; called their number and was told it was on South Las Vegas Blvd; that part was true (the resort, that is); however, I had to circle the block twice to find the entrance to the hotel/casino. Upon arrival, were told the computers were down and we waited forever to get our reservation taken care of. Upon leaving, the shower had only cold water!
