Good for the price

For the price, the hotel was a good stop-over on the way through Nevada. Room was clean and furniture and carpet was dated. However, given the room is just a place to sleep, the bed was comfortable. Many extras are available within the same building (food and entertainment).

My short stay @ Buffalo Bills

Played golf @ Primm Valley. Rooms were hard to find. Front Desk too busy, not enough staffing. Long lines at Desk. Rooms hard to find. Pool area was filthy. Room was nice and clean. No restaurants open for business, had to go elsewhere for dinner. Tram was not running, shuttle was nowhere to be found. Had to walk to Primm Hotel to find a Restaurant.

1st stay good - second stay very bad!

We stayed at the hotel on Sunday and everything was ok - came back on Friday and it was like a completely different hotel. On our second stay, the first room they assigned us wasn't cleaned The second room had problems with the toilet as it wouldn't flush and the air conditioner was so loud we had trouble sleeping. I advised the front desk of the problems but there was NO concern shown about correcting the situation. We've stayed there in the past but I'm not sure we sould stay there again!

Dont' go

The casino was fun. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The bed was hard. The worst part was that there was almost NO water in the shower. It just dribbled out. We had a hand-held shower--if you held it upside down, the water almost didn't come out at all!! Keep driving!

Buffalo Bill's Stay

Depending on your itinerary, staying at Buffalo Bills will save you some money. However, my stay for 2 nights at this hotel was very disappointing. The first time i walked in my room I was surprised to see some dirty towels laying on the floor by the door. Strange! In addition, my AC unit was inoperable and the unit looked like it was being serviced and someone left it there unfinished. The first night was a bit unconfortable due to the temperature in my room to say the least. The next day I reported it to maintenance before i left my room and when i got back that evening it was fixed, thank you. My 2nd night was also disappointing due to again, the AC! I was happy to see that the AC was producing cold air when i walked in my room, however, I couldn't adjust the temperature so i was stuck with one temperature all evening, which at times it got too cold. And when i tried to use the remote for the television, and to no avail, it was also inoperable. I am not sure if i would dare to stay here again?

Overall Not Bad

The beds were not that comfortable but the rooms and the linens were clean. The front desk staff was not very personable but they were helpful and quick to respond to what I asked for. The regular TV channels were sub-par and half the time they didn't work at all. There was not a fridge in the room but there was Ironing board and Iron and Blow dryer in the bathroom. For what I paid for how long we stayed there I got what I paid for and if I needed to I would consider staying here again.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

The Outlet Shops were the reason why we picked this hotel and they are worth the walk across the street but there is also a monorail system if you don't want to walk that travels between all three hotels in the area.
