OK hotel for the price...
Hotel has free wireless internet that was not good at all, kept booting me out of service. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Didn't like the fact that the hotel was renovating some rooms and noise as well as the dirtiness of the hallway was not pleasant. Hotel states "room service available" - there was no room service available and parking was annoying too. Free parking but the ramp is 2 blocks away from the hotel....

Awful experience, do not stay here.
When I checked into my room, the first room they gave me did not have lights (just wires hanging from the ceiling) or baseboards. After I complained, they moved me to a second room that was missing mirrors, smoke detectors, and still had things taped off from painting. Both rooms had televisions from the 1970's. A third room wasn't avaible, so I canceled my room and stayed at the Embassy Suites in Buffalo which was beautiful. Even if everything was right this hotel is nowhere near worth the price. Stay somewhere else.

Ten minute walk from test site
The hotel is 0.37 miles away from the test site, which was very convenient for me. They offer free breakfast and free internet service. Their rooms are spacious with a small ref, a coffee maker with free coffee and a microwave oven. The staff are friendly and are very helpful in getting guests cabs to the airport which is 9 miles away. There's a TGI Friday's next to it and a Dunkin Donuts. Overall, the best place to stay in Downtown Buffalo, New York! If I ever go back to the area, I'll be sure to reserve a room!

Good location, helpful staff
The hotel was in a perfect location for my event at the Niagara Conference Center. It was a bit run down and could use renovation. The TV in the room was maybe 20 years old and did not have a remote. The coffee maker in the room was missing parts so could not be used. But the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Front Desk Staff Excellent
Hotel front desk staff was the best. We did not know the area well, and they went out of their way to help with arrangements and gave us great suggestions for cool spots around town. One even called her Mom to get sushi restaurant suggestions! Hotel was in a good location and the rooms were clean. No complaints.
