Ok if u just need a place to have comfortable sleep
Room small, No own bathroom in my case Really old environment Otherwise still a clean and neat place Bed is comfortable so for those who just need a place to stay and sleep it's still good Ok convenient for me just that I need go NYU med centre Free wifi a/v Don't expect any facility, there is none

Great location at affordable rate
The only things you need to know: - $150 for a room in Manhattan. - The kind of room you get when all you're going to do is sleep there. - Two bathrooms per floor, so if you're squeamish about that, look elsewhere. It's a great value for the location, and I will probably make this my go-to for solo weekend trips in NYC. It's not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination, but neither is it dumpy. It's a room with a door and a bed, sink in the corner, bathroom down the hall.

Awesome tavern, just around the corner. The kind of place that's your regular neighborhood haunt, and at the same time a lot of fun.

Not Good Small, overall ok
We changed all our rooms 3 times in 3 days nut the location was the only great part and it was cheap compared to other hotels in manhatten

It took them some time to find the reservation and or type. Then it felt as thought they made an arbitrary decision as to what room to give me. Remote on TV did not work. They should also mention that bathrooms are shared. Don't mind it but I don't like surprises.

Bad Hotel
The ad was misleading there was no bathroom in the room and a double room to them means 1 small bed and narrow everything
