Less than satisfactory. The bed was worn out, the room was very tired and not very clean

the hotel not bad because it is close to every things. the people that work in the hotel not good which I mean the manger I had problem with guest and he did not help me. One thing that made me to not make claim the guest was old man and he did not speak English.Also, he Apologized to me.

Our AC was broken and after 2 calls was never repaired. Luckily it was mild weather so we could leave the window open. Also, the room smelled of ashtray and was dirty. And lastly, the elevators were not functioning well for most of our stay. One elevator for an entire tower. Yikes!

I liked everything about the Park Central New York Hotel except the ROOM!!! The air conditioning unit was ancient and the room smelled like stinky feet!! I won't stay there again unless they upgrade the A/C units and replace the carpet. Yuck!! The house keeping staff actually replaced the shower curtain during my stay because it had mildew on it!!!! Well, that's what happens when there's no fan in the bathroom.

The hotel was fine for everything that we needed, however it was not anything spectacular. The toilet clogged, the ice machine and vending machine were out the entire stay. The elevators took forever. The location was nice, as it was right in the heart of everything.

I used to think that reviews were from picky complainers. I am a seasoned traveler who can roll with the flow, but.....Filthy bathroom with dirty floors, counter and towels. the drains didn't work. No heat control. Needed to open windows to be comfortable. No pen, no paper, no robes, no glasses in bathroom, housekeeping carts remained a permanent fixture outside the room throughout the stay. Shabby furniture, radio didn't work. Lobby artwork covered with dirt. Elevator walls and floors were dirty.Towels felt like sandpaper. Bedding and beds were ok. Location is good if you like a midtown base. Staff was fine. I will NEVER stay at this or any affiliated hotel again. What a sham!

I have stayed at this hotel for business travel for years and have always had a great room and great experience. This stay, the room was sub-par. I had a broken desk chair and requested a new one and it was never delivered. When I checked out and requested a hotel receipt, they told me that they couldn't provide one - that I had to get it from the third party online travel service. I would reconsider this hotel in the future but most definitely would not book it through a third party -- they don't take good care of guests who use third party online travel services.

we arrived to the hotel , great location, front desk lost our check in information , took over an hour to confirm , . the room ok , bathroom was someting else felthy, very small for 2 people, very small shower no tub, room very hot ,,cant adjust temperature., house keeper very noisy no coffe pot or anything else , they had set up with a table in the entrance of the hotel selling coffee.

The hotel is ideally located and has very pleasant and helpful staff. Unfortunately for my visit both the restaurant and the bar were closed for re furbishment thus my intended meetings and the very reason for my trip were taken elsewhere. The over all cleanliness was not good enough. The rooms were a little tired and cob webs were evident, no real care taken. Coffee was supposedly supplied but in my three rooms the maker and coffee were there but no creamers and sugar. At 7am I called down for some and was promised such immediately, it never arrived. The foyer area is extremely under lit and very very dull and un inviting, there is no where to sit to read and relax. A poor facility really. 2 star at best !

Staff was not helpful and rude. Lobby was dank and sloppy. No computer room for printing boarding passes. No water pressure in shower. Concierge wouldnt even look up at me when I stood before her to buy Annie tickets. I ended up buying elsewhere. Room was clean, warm, average. Nothing special here. Wouldnt stay here again. Im sure there are Much better for the same price.
