The Soho WAS Grand
Stayed at the Soho Grand for New Years Eve, the room was clean, the location of the hotel was perfect and the staff (especially the bellmen)was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

great soho grand trip
enjoy check in, provided champagne upon checkin, nice room, very nice staff. overall great trip. only issue was that valet service was about $60 per night.

New York Get Away
I loved the hotel. The staff was outstanding and very helpful with plenty to do. The hotel had an outside area with drinks and food and also a Dj in another part of the hotel for dancing and hanging out.

Great stay at the Soho Grand in NYC
I just got back from the Soho Grand in NYC and I have to day it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in the city. The room wasn't huge (it is NYC!) but everything was top notch, bed, bedding and even Frette robes in the room. Bathroom was spotless and the decor was hip but warm and inviting too. The room was super quiet at night, which sometimes can be a problem in the city. All of the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. We got there very early in the morning and the room wasn't quite ready so they called us as soon as it was done. We didn't eat there, but the bar area looked very nice. The shopping and restaurants can't be beat and it was really nice to get out of midtown after business was done.

Always a great NYC experience
We have been staying here for years and are never disappointed. Not a cookie-cutter hotel but stylish and comfortable with great service. We always have a cocktails in the lounge and have a meal or two in the hotel because the food is so tasty, though not inexpensive. Some of our favorite NYC restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel in SOHO and Tribeca. Great doormen can always get you a taxi if you don't want to take the nearby subway to other areas and they remember you and chat you up....not like the big hotels. We love the SHOPPING in this area......great selections or just lots to look at. Hotel AMENITIES are sufficient but not overdone. VALUE......we do not mind paying extra for this hotel as we are always happy with our stay. This hotel will make your stay a Grand Memory of New York!

Cupping Room for breakfast across the street, one block north. Terrific!!!! Or Jane's up on Houston straight up W. Broadway on the north side for lunch. There is a little local market across the street that has almost EVERYTHING you need as well.

Awesome place!
This was our second stay at the SoHo Grand. We were in NYC to get married. They upgraded out room and gave us complimentary drinks when the found out!!!! Great location, nice accomodations, nice staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Overnight Stay at Soho Grand
Was a beautiful escape for a birthday surprise for my wife. Suited us perfectly for our location in the city, and the best part of all was, the hotel is dog friendly! We have a 100lb Ridgeback and he was as welcome as we were. Staff were fantastic and so friendly. We would recommend this hotel to friends with, and without a dog.

amazing service
amazing customer service. staff extremely friendly and helpful. bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms can be updated, but overall experience was enjoyable.
