W New York

The hotel was in the perfect location to walk to just about anywhere. Only a few blocks away from Rockefeller Center, Times Square and Central Park. There were also some great restaurants along Lexington that were easily accessible. We didnt spend much time in the room due to sightseeing, but it was big enough for our purposes. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed 4 night and the service could not have been any better. Liked the location. Definetly would go back.

Great location in New York Very clean Very good staff

Although the rooms were a little small by american standards the location could not have been better. The staff was very attentive and helpful. On check-in the clerk{Gloria] noticed we were booked in a "cozy room" and she offered to upgrade at no extra charge. WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location for mid-town Manhattan. Very easy taxi ride to and from LaGuardia because of its East side location. Easy access across town and up and downtown. Staff was always busy at the front desk, but they moved people through the lines efficiently. In-room food service was excellent. Concierge was never available to answer phone calls and did not return phone messages in a timely manner--the only negative experience in an otherwise fine stay.

Spent 3 nights in new York at this hotel was a great base in a great location. The hotel had good facilities, we got upgraded to a spectacular room from cozy which we are really glad of however I must say the bathrooms are tiny which I wouldnt pay an upgrade to get. Apart from that a nice hotel with friendly staff

hotel in a great location, rooms are small but thats normal in New York. Very clean and comfortable. all you need for a fantstic holiday. Would definitely go back.

Hotel was fine. Service in the cocktail lounge was lacking attentiveness. Music, although, lively was boring since it sounded like club music over and over again with no other more interesting mixes. Front desk staff was accomodating.

Champagne in the waiting line of the reception was a nice touch and represented well the service at the W. The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is good, in an area were most hotels are.

My husband and I took a weekend trip to NY to see our nephew in War Horse. We wanted to stay in the middle of all the action and W NY fit the bill. The room, although small, was tastefully decorated, very clean and full of pleasant amenities. Our Q bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept like a rock. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will defenitly make the W our first choice the next time we take the NY challenge.
