World Center Hotel

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I booked a room and upgraded to a suite. Perfect view of ground Zero. Onlt complaint was construction noise from ground zero, but that was expected. Room had "blackout" curtains so I was able to sleep in as late as I wanted and not even realize the sun. Free internet. Room had microwave and Refidgerator Walls were slightly thin and neighbors could be heard.

Pizza Place in back of the room service book is great. they are walking distance from the hotel and also deliver straight to the room. Order the Artichoke pizza. MMMMmmmm

New, clean, sophisticated hotel!

We came to NYC just for 3 days to celebrate my husband's B-day. Our hotel was right by ground zero ( you are looking at the construction site of the 9/11 Memorial). We booked a studio and loved it. The rooms are small but sooo well designed. Crispy sheets, enough closet space, marble bathroom, digital thermostat, flat screen TV, internet etc. There are many coffee shops, DELIs within 5 min walk.The restaurant with the terrace has excelent food and great view. They even helped us to store our luggage in the sister hotel in Rockefeler Plaza so we could enjoy the city after we checked out and before our flight home. The free bottled water in the hallway is a nice touch. The hotel is a little hard to find ( not very big sign). Otherwise, we will be back!

Awesome Hotel

Everyone was courteous and helpful with my many questions. The hotel is very new and extremely clean and well equipped. It was much more than I had expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Right next to world centre rec

Right next to world centre reconstruction site but there is absolutely no need to shy away - there is definitely not much noise, we slept very well. It is close to subway, hop on hop off bus services and free ferry that gives a good view of liberty statue. Staff are very helpful, although their free breakfast option was not valid for us, they still gave us free breakfast option. Would definitely stay here again.

clean and pleasant with civil

clean and pleasant with civil and helpful staff - unlike some NY hotels. Not the best location for shopping etc but handy for Wall St and battery park
